We are recruiting to fill the position below:<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title: Growth and Partnership Associate<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>Location:\u00a0<\/strong>Ibadan, Oyo<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Summary<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>S\/he is expected to develop and implement fundraising strategies including new partnership and funder liaison.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Responsibilities<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Develop and manage the implementation of an overall fundraising strategy and plan which includes a diverse range of funding streams.<\/li>\n<li>This role might include researching potential donors or partners, creating proposals, and presenting these ideas to senior leadership for approval.<\/li>\n<li>Play a key role in the development and maintenance of CRM database of potential funders, and partners for business development<\/li>\n<li>Report to Senior Management Team (SMT) and the Board on progress against fundraising targets<\/li>\n<li>Manage our engagement in active frameworks and consortia, including maintaining relationships with other framework\/consortia participants and consultants, coordinating meetings where required.<\/li>\n<li>Oversee and support the development of concept notes and proposals as appropriate in liaison with Finance and Sales teams by managing the bid process, contributing to budgeting and developing commercial strategies for bids.<\/li>\n<li>Providing financial advice to businesses regarding how to manage cash flow and how to use funds to meet short-term needs<\/li>\n<li>Keep up to date with charity legislation and funder requirements with respect to fundraising (for instance compliance etc.) and alerting appropriate senior staff<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Requirements<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>A University Degree or equivalent, with proven track record of fundraising in a non-profit or an international organization<\/li>\n<li>Proven ability to meet fundraising targets<\/li>\n<li>Good knowledge of the philanthropic sector<\/li>\n<li>Excellent verbal and written communication skills<\/li>\n<li>Demonstrated ability to maximise the growth potential of partnerships<\/li>\n<li>Experience in developing comprehensive grant proposals<\/li>\n<li>Experience in the global Agri-food sector and SME funding would be an advantage<\/li>\n<li>Existing connections within the Agri-food community is desirable.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>To Apply<\/strong><br \/>\nInterested and qualified candidates should send their CV or Applications to:\u00a0<a href=\"mailto:career@soupah.kitchen\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><strong>career@soupah.kitchen<\/strong><\/a>\u00a0using the Job Title as the subject of the mail.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Application Deadline: <\/strong>Not Specified.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Soupah Kitchen &amp; Co. &#8211; With expertise dated back to 2011, Soupah Kitchen &amp; Co. invests years of know-how, tech system, modern farm, robust supply chain and kitchen network to&#8230;..<\/p>\n","protected":false},"author":10165,"featured_media":0,"comment_status":"open","ping_status":"open","sticky":false,"template":"","format":"standard","meta":{"om_disable_all_campaigns":false,"jetpack_post_was_ever_published":false,"_jetpack_newsletter_access":"","_jetpack_newsletter_tier_id":0,"footnotes":"","jetpack_publicize_message":"","jetpack_is_tweetstorm":false,"jetpack_publicize_feature_enabled":true,"jetpack_social_post_already_shared":true,"jetpack_social_options":{"image_generator_settings":{"template":"highway","enabled":false}}},"categories":[1],"tags":[],"jetpack_publicize_connections":[],"yoast_head":"<!-- This site is optimized with the Yoast SEO plugin v21.5 - https:\/\/yoast.com\/wordpress\/plugins\/seo\/ -->\n<title>Soupah Kitchen &amp; Co.
