We are recruiting to fill the position below:<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title:\u00a0Construction Manager<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>Location:<\/strong>\u00a0Victoria Island, Lagos<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Responsibilities<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>Construction Phase Management &#8211; start to completion:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Track and update Master Project Execution Plan (Time schedules) for all construction tasks<\/li>\n<li>Monitor testing and inspection activities<\/li>\n<li>Implement and maintain health, safety and environment standards at the site of the Project<\/li>\n<li>Provide comprehensive construction phase management which includes on-going full-time supervision, project management and inspection of work quality, review drawings, preparation of change orders, etc<\/li>\n<li>Monitor Design Consultants\u2019 work in the administration of plans and work specifications<\/li>\n<li>Assist in provision of monthly Cash Flow forecasts for all the work tender packages<\/li>\n<li>Review Contractors\u2019 change order requests, advise Company on the validity of proposed changes and impact on schedules and\/or cost<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Construction Closes Out:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Establish a handing over strategy, underlining the list of documents, drawings, test Certificates, Performance guarantee, warranty \/ guaranty cards etc<\/li>\n<li>Assist, review and advise on completion and issuance of As\u2010Builts and Warranties<\/li>\n<li>Assist in training the Operations and Facility Management teams in the operations and maintenance of the project<\/li>\n<li>Produce post-project evaluation reports capturing all relevant lessons learned from the Project<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Requirements<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Advanced Degree in Engineering, Project Management, Real Estate Development, Construction or related field<\/li>\n<li>Experience working in a client-side real estate development environment and mixed-use building<\/li>\n<li>Experience both in Africa and outside Africa is an added advantage<\/li>\n<li>Minimum of 10 years post-graduation experience in real estate, having managed the construction of a multi-storey building<\/li>\n<li>Must have attained Management level in a real estate organization<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>To Apply<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Interested and qualified candidates should send their CV to:\u00a0<strong><a href=\"mailto:resumes@kimberly-ryan.net\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">resumes@kimberly-ryan.net<\/a><\/strong>\u00a0using the Job Title as the subject of the mail.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Kimberly Ryan Limited is a Human Resources Development Company whose aim is to lead in attracting, developing and retaining superior human capital to create a dramatic business advantage for our&#8230;..<\/p>\n","protected":false},"author":10165,"featured_media":0,"comment_status":"open","ping_status":"open","sticky":false,"template":"","format":"standard","meta":{"om_disable_all_campaigns":false,"jetpack_post_was_ever_published":false,"_jetpack_newsletter_access":"","_jetpack_newsletter_tier_id":0,"footnotes":"","jetpack_publicize_message":"","jetpack_is_tweetstorm":false,"jetpack_publicize_feature_enabled":true,"jetpack_social_post_already_shared":true,"jetpack_social_options":{"image_generator_settings":{"template":"highway","enabled":false}}},"categories":[16],"tags":[1443],"jetpack_publicize_connections":[],"yoast_head":"<!-- This site is optimized with the Yoast SEO plugin v21.5 - https:\/\/yoast.com\/wordpress\/plugins\/seo\/ -->\n<title>Kimberly Ryan Limited Ongoing Available Job Opportunity- Apply Now!
