We are recruiting to fill the position below:<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title: Area Sales Manager<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>Location:\u00a0<\/strong>Port Harcourt,\u00a0Rivers<br \/>\n<strong>Employment Type:<\/strong> Full-time<br \/>\n<strong>Area of Coverage:<\/strong> Rivers &amp; Yenogoa, Bayelsa<\/p>\n<p><strong>Responsibilities<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Achieve Business volume and revenue growth of the Area assigned.<\/li>\n<li>Establish, manage &amp; develop efficient distribution set-up across the area of coverage.<\/li>\n<li>Appoint new distribution network &amp; fill gaps in the territory with targeted secondary selling practice<\/li>\n<li>100% utilization of Sales Force Automation, closely monitor sales team\u2019s performance SFA, Evaluate staffs with their performance &amp; create road map for improvement.<\/li>\n<li>Execute creative sales and marketing strategies<\/li>\n<li>Market Intelligence on our products, competition brands, other categories and follow all formal reporting formats.<\/li>\n<li>Business Hygiene \u2013 Follow all Risk mitigation process.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Qualifications<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>A Higher National Diploma \/ Bachelor&#8217;s Degree \/ PG in Business Administration in Marketing, or related fields is preferred<\/li>\n<li>Minimum of 2 years &amp; Maximum of 4 years of ASM level experience is required.<\/li>\n<li>Experience in the FMCG Industry is preferred<\/li>\n<li>Proven sales experience &amp; knowledge, including familiarity with current trends in sales methods<\/li>\n<li>Conversant in MS Office, generating reports in Microsoft Excel, Preparing Power point presentations<\/li>\n<li>Strong communication skills with an ability to communicate across different levels of organization<\/li>\n<li>Notable interpersonal skills with a positive demeanor and ability to provide both positive and negative feedback effectively<\/li>\n<li>Willingness to travel regularly to attend and host meetings and assist with general management duties.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Remuneration<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>N175,000 &#8211; N225,000 Monthly.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Other benefits:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Sales float, Phone\/Internet &amp; HMO.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>To Apply<\/strong><br \/>\nInterested and qualified candidates are to send their CV to:\u00a0<a href=\"mailto:cv@ascentech.com.ng\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><strong>cv@ascentech.com.ng<\/strong><\/a>\u00a0using the Job Title as the subject of the email.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Application Deadline: <\/strong>6th November, 2023.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Ascentech Services Limited is a full-fledged Human Resource Solution Provider incorporated in 2013 with its Head Office in Lagos, Nigeria.
