We are recruiting to fill the position below:<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title: Customer Success Manager<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>Location:\u00a0<\/strong>Lagos<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Summary<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>As the Customer Success Manager, you are expected to attend to the customers&#8217; needs, complains or any technical related issues encountered by the customers.<\/li>\n<li>You are also expected to advise customers on their buying decisions, walk through the journey of sales process with them and make customers more comfortable.<\/li>\n<li>You must be able to maintain a long-lasting relationship with customers.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Responsibilities<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Educating customers on how to use the company&#8217;s products.<\/li>\n<li>Entertain questions from the customers and giving adequate answers to them<\/li>\n<li>Following up on the customers<\/li>\n<li>Collection of reviews and feedback from customers<\/li>\n<li>Working hand-in-hand with the production Team.<\/li>\n<li>Handling of complaints from customers.<\/li>\n<li>Establishing and building customer relationships to promote customer retention and loyalty.<\/li>\n<li>Analyzing customer data to improve customer experience<\/li>\n<li>Promote value through customer experience<\/li>\n<li>Upsell services and Product with the brand image.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Requirements \/ Skills<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Bachelor&#8217;s Degree in Marketing or any other related field.<\/li>\n<li>3-5 years experience as a Customer Success Manager<\/li>\n<li>Open Communication Skill<\/li>\n<li>Empathy<\/li>\n<li>Customer Relation<\/li>\n<li>Persuasive\/Negotiation skill<\/li>\n<li>Industry Knowledge<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>To Apply<\/strong><br \/>\nInterested and qualified candidates should send their CV\u00a0to:\u00a0<a href=\"mailto:careers@elvaridah.com\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><strong>careers@elvaridah.com<\/strong><\/a>\u00a0using &#8220;Customer Success Manager&#8221; as the subject of the mail.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Application Deadline: <\/strong>30th December, 2023.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>At Elvaridah, we emphasize on the critical matters and prospects of organizations such as business growth, strategy, planning, marketing, structure, and people management across different industries.
