We are recruiting to fill the position below:<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title: Finance Specialist &#8211; Operations<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>Location:\u00a0<\/strong>Lagos<br \/>\n<strong>Employment Type<\/strong>: Full-time<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Duties \/ Responsibilities\/ Accountabilities<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Manage day-to-day treasury operations.<\/li>\n<li>Ensure company operations are viable from a financial standpoint<\/li>\n<li>Perform daily analysis and research of various financial transactions in order to assist with correctly determining the proper allocation of funds<\/li>\n<li>Ensure proper internal controls and protection of company information<\/li>\n<li>Serve as front-line liaison to Company\u2019s depository banks and other banking contractors<\/li>\n<li>Monitor Company\u2019s financial performance and analyse risks and barriers to progress<\/li>\n<li>Manage any financial-related professional services contract<\/li>\n<li>Partner with other departments to track and deliver on joint goals<\/li>\n<li>Process FX transactions when required<\/li>\n<li>Ensure proper reconciliation of all Company accounts<\/li>\n<li>Proper record keeping of all financial transactions<\/li>\n<li>Review monthly bank fees and provide analysis to Finance Manager<\/li>\n<li>Forecasting of short-term and long-term cash flow<\/li>\n<li>Preparation of internal and external financial treasury &amp; operations-related reports<\/li>\n<li>Preparation of monthly, quarterly and annual reports and analysis for distribution to Management and\/or the Board.<\/li>\n<li>Daily and Monthly balancing of Financial Ledgers<\/li>\n<li>Assist other accounting team members as necessary<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Education Qualification<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>B.Sc \/ HND in Finance, Accounting, Economics or Statistics from a recognized institution<\/li>\n<li>MBA is an added advantage.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Professional Qualification:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Must be a Chartered Accountant (ICAN)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Experience:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Minimum of three (3) years Post ICAN experience in a similar position<\/li>\n<li>Proven work experience in a quantitatively-heavy role.<\/li>\n<li>Hands-on experience in Audit.<\/li>\n<li>Hands-on experience on Company Statutory compliance &#8211; Corporate Tax, PAYE, VAT, WHT, Pensions, ITF, and Education Tax, etc.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>To Apply<\/strong><br \/>\nInterested and qualified candidates should send their CV to:\u00a0<a href=\"mailto:apply@consollimited.com\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><strong>apply@consollimited.com<\/strong><\/a>\u00a0using the Job Title as the subject of the mail.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Application Deadline: <\/strong>Not Specified.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>ConSol Limited is the premier provider of Contact Centre Services and Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) Customer Management Solutions (CMS) in Nigeria.
