We are recruiting to fill the position below:<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title: Office Manager<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>Location:\u00a0<\/strong>Lagos<br \/>\n<strong>Employment Type<\/strong>: Full-time<\/p>\n<p><strong>Description\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>HRLeverage Africa is a Pan-African Workforce Company We are in search of a dynamic and detail-oriented Office Manager to be the backbone of our clientsoperations.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Job Responsibilities<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Manage and organize office operations and procedures for organizational effectiveness.<\/li>\n<li>Supervise administrative staff and promote a collaborative team environment.<\/li>\n<li>Oversee facilities management, including workspace allocation and maintenance.<\/li>\n<li>Handle budgeting, expense tracking, and financial record-keeping.<\/li>\n<li>Maintain and update employee records and manage HR-related tasks.<\/li>\n<li>Procure and manage office supplies, equipment, and furniture.<\/li>\n<li>Serve as a point of contact for external vendors, service providers, and building management.<\/li>\n<li>Address and resolve employee queries and concerns related to office operations.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Requirements<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Minimum of a BSc in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field.<\/li>\n<li>2-3 years of experience as an Office Manager or in a similar administrative role.<\/li>\n<li>Proficiency in office software (MS Office, Google Workspace) and basic accounting principles.<\/li>\n<li>Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.<\/li>\n<li>Effective leadership and interpersonal skills.<\/li>\n<li>Excellent written and verbal communication skills.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Salary<\/strong><br \/>\nN150,000 &#8211; N200,000 per month.<\/p>\n<p><strong>To Apply<\/strong><br \/>\nInterested and qualified Candidates should submit CV to:\u00a0<a href=\"mailto:resume@hrleverageafrica.com\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><strong>resume@hrleverageafrica.com<\/strong><\/a>\u00a0using the Job Title as the subject of the mail.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Application Deadline: <\/strong>15th November, 2023.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Note:<\/strong>\u00a0Only qualified candidates will be contacted.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>HRLeverage Africa is the human resource consulting and workforce Management company you have been looking for.
