They are recruiting to fill the position below:<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title:\u00a0Senior Marketing Executive<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>Location:\u00a0<\/strong>Lagos<br \/>\n<strong>Employment Type:<\/strong> Full-time<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Description<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>As an Off Trade Executive, you will play a pivotal role in driving Distribution and marketing activities aligned with our brand priorities and customer strategies with a specific focus on top chains retail stores in Nigeria. Such as Shoprite, Spar; the local chain represents the likes of Ebeano, Blenco, Next Cash and Carry etc.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Reporting to the Key account manager, he will:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Contribute to and execute a brand strategy to ensure consistent communication across all channels.<\/li>\n<li>Budget management proficiency.<\/li>\n<li>Provide support tools for trade education and training.<\/li>\n<li>Evaluate ROI on promotional investments.<\/li>\n<li>Collaborate with the sales team to deliver Joint Business Plans (JBP) and continually review marketing plans within the JBP framework.<\/li>\n<li>Develop and implement an innovative universe mapping of assigned territory\/market.<\/li>\n<li>Develop and implement innovative trade marketing programs based on customer and outlet insights, aimed at attracting and retaining new consumers and expanding market reach across the on-trade channel.<\/li>\n<li>Take the lead in managing and maintaining the trade marketing promotional calendar while actively collaborating on promotional campaigns.<\/li>\n<li>Oversee and contribute to customer marketing programs, as well as the development of new brands and range market plans.<\/li>\n<li>Contribute to the marketing planning process, collaborating with cross-functional teams to co-create sales programs and reviewing the success of implemented strategies.<\/li>\n<li>Ensure alignment with customer insights, creating impactful brand visibility through well-executed marketing initiatives, events, and promotions.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Core Requirements and Experience<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Candidate must have a relevant degree such as a Bachelor&#8217;s Degree in any field in Marketing, Business, Finance, Education, Business Administration, Management, Economics, Accounting, or International Trade<\/li>\n<li>Advanced stakeholder management proficiency, building and nurturing relationships with trade partners at all levels.<\/li>\n<li>Familiarity with logistics coordination within the trade industry, ensuring efficient delivery and distribution of trade marketing materials.<\/li>\n<li>Proficiency in utilizing MS Office tools for data analysis, reporting, and effective communication within the trade marketing context.<\/li>\n<li>Exceptional trade marketing abilities to create impactful marketing materials tailored for trade audiences.<\/li>\n<li>To excel in this role, the candidate must have a minimum of 3 &#8211; 4 years of experience in a dynamic FMCG\/Retail environment, thriving in fast-paced marketing and sales settings.
