We are recruiting to fill the position below:<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title: Field Sales Manager<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>Location:\u00a0<\/strong>Nasarawa, Nigeria<br \/>\n<strong>Employment type:<\/strong> Full time<br \/>\n<strong>Department:<\/strong> Marketing<\/p>\n<p><strong>Description<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Actively engage prospective drivers to educate them on the onboarding process to become Champions<\/li>\n<li>Promotion and sale of services and products to prospective drivers<\/li>\n<li>Perform cost-benefit and needs analysis of existing\/potential customers to meet their needs<\/li>\n<li>Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships with prospective drivers<\/li>\n<li>Expedite the resolution of customer\/driver problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction<\/li>\n<li>Achieve agreed-upon sales targets and outcomes within the agreed timeline.<\/li>\n<li>Coordinate sales effort with team members<\/li>\n<li>Analyze the territory\/market\u2019s potential, track sales and status reports<\/li>\n<li>Create and analyze reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services.<\/li>\n<li>Coordinate the sales team to achieve set targets<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Requirements<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Ability to drive sales from zero to 100% target achievement<\/li>\n<li>Market research skills to improve driver acquisition within territories<\/li>\n<li>Relationship building and management skills<\/li>\n<li>Excellent oral and written communication skills.<\/li>\n<li>Information gathering and competition watch<\/li>\n<li>Must understand the local dialect of the business territory.
