We are recruiting to fill the position below:<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title: Treasury Manager<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>Location:\u00a0<\/strong>Shagamu, Ogun<br \/>\n<strong>Employment Type<\/strong>: Full-time<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Description<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Assist in managing treasury function for Nigeria Business<\/li>\n<li>Working together with Treasury &amp; legal function, Supply chain Team, Construction Team, Banks etc. on Treasury-related activities and documentation.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Principal Accountabilities<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Assist in managing Banking relationships for Arise Nigeria<\/li>\n<li>Ensure the Bank Facility, renewal process is completed as at when due and all necessary documents are provided with the agreed term after clearance from Arise IIP.<\/li>\n<li>Assist in getting Form M, and Form A applications &amp; approvals as per the Central Bank of Nigeria (CBN) or\u2019 any other authority\u2019s guidance.<\/li>\n<li>Get LCs opened in line with the Limit balance.<\/li>\n<li>Monitor Import documentation (ED\u201d etc.) to ensure compliance with various processes, guidelines, regulations etc.<\/li>\n<li>Manage all front treasury operational activities, ensuring compliance with relevant policies.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Checks &amp; Controls:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Verify various bank charges\/ interest are in accordance with the rate agreed with the bank.<\/li>\n<li>Act and initiate action to control\/ reduce these costs.<\/li>\n<li>Have control over various Form M\/A\/LC issued and regular review of the same.<\/li>\n<li>Reconciliation of Bid account, Forward coverage etc. and presenting this to Finance Controller as needed.<\/li>\n<li>Sharing various treasury reports as &amp; when needed.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Internal And External Relationships:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Finance Departmental meetings<\/li>\n<li>Partner banking relationships<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Requirements<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>B.Sc.
