They are recruiting to fill the position below:<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title:\u00a0Management Trainee (Retail)<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>Location:\u00a0<\/strong>Lekki Phase 1, Lagos<br \/>\n<strong>Employment Type:<\/strong> Full-time<br \/>\n<strong>Department:<\/strong> Retail and Sales<br \/>\n<strong>Work hours:<\/strong> Monday to Friday (8:00am &#8211; 5:00pm)<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Responsibilities<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>Work closely with the team to:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Develop and execute plans to maintain and grow the existing customer base<\/li>\n<li>Build a strong client-seller rapport with customers to achieve sales targets.<\/li>\n<li>Build sales and market strategies<\/li>\n<li>Assist with inventory procedures when needed.<\/li>\n<li>Follow up with clients for service feedback<\/li>\n<li>Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service.<\/li>\n<li>Develop and execute plans to maintain and grow the existing customer base<\/li>\n<li>Provide regular and on-time submission of required sales and activity reports, including itineraries, call reports, prospect lists etc.<\/li>\n<li>Provide a good welcoming environment, greet clients, respond to questions, improve engagement with merchandise, and provide outstanding customer service.<\/li>\n<li>Provide good customer service by providing design recommendations based on customer\u2019s preferences and design styles<\/li>\n<li>Manage point-of-sale processes and follow up on payment of all client purchases.<\/li>\n<li>Follow up with client orders to ensure they are delivered to clients in a timely manner<\/li>\n<li>Process flow, keep records, and report daily sales and activities.<\/li>\n<li>To carry out day-to-day boutique duties to ensure smooth operation<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Qualifications \/ Requirements<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>B.Sc in Business Administration from a recognized university<\/li>\n<li>Well-spoken, Detail oriented, and well-articulated<\/li>\n<li>Ability to express yourself and be tech-savvy<\/li>\n<li>Ability to commute to Lekki Phase 1 is desired<\/li>\n<li>Minimum of 6 months experience in a retail or sales position<\/li>\n<li>Enthusiastic about sales with an amiable personality<\/li>\n<li>Strong negotiation skills and business acumen<\/li>\n<li>Ability to work in a team<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Salary<\/strong><br \/>\nN70,000 \/ month.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>To Apply<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Interested and qualified candidates should:<br \/>\n<strong><a href=\"https:\/\/forms.gle\/nPtuQBpBoHve6jgM9\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Click here!<\/a><\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Application Deadline: <\/strong>22nd November, 2023.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>WorQulture &#8211; Our client is a Nigeria-based financial advisory firm. their core business offerings include the provision of cashflow optimization services to clients.
