We are recruiting to fill the position below:<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title:\u00a0<\/strong>Front Desk Assistant<br \/>\n<strong>Location:\u00a0<\/strong>Lekki, Lagos<br \/>\nEmployment Type: Full-time<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Description<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>This is a full-time on-site role. The Front Desk Assistant will be responsible for administrative assistance, receptionist duties, answering phone calls, maintaining the office and communicating effectively with team members.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Key Responsibilities<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Welcome visitors, clients, customers, or regulatory representatives and provide a positive first impression. Assist visitors with inquiries and provide relevant information about the company and our products.<\/li>\n<li>Maintain office security by implementing safety procedures and access points at the reception area; Monitor and review the security logbook.<\/li>\n<li>Provide administrative support to co-employees as at when needed.<\/li>\n<li>Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries or issues and attending to incoming calls promptly and professionally. Escalate more complex issues to the appropriate employee for resolution<\/li>\n<li>Timely receipt, sorting and distribution of mail\/deliveries (incoming \/&amp; outgoing).<\/li>\n<li>Responsible for the scheduling and coordination of meetings<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Qualifications<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Candidates should possess minimum of an OND qualification with 1 &#8211; 3 years relevant work experience.<\/li>\n<li>Experience with Microsoft Office<\/li>\n<li>Experience in the real estate industry is a plus<\/li>\n<li>Must reside around Lekki.<\/li>\n<li>Interpersonal Skills and Communication<\/li>\n<li>Excellent Phone Etiquette<\/li>\n<li>Administrative Assistance Skills<\/li>\n<li>Receptionist Duties and Front Desk Management Skills<\/li>\n<li>Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment<\/li>\n<li>Attention to detail and ability to follow through<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>To Apply<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Interested and qualified candidates should send their Resume to:\u00a0<strong><a href=\"mailto:pellahomesng@gmail.com\">pellahomesng@gmail.com<\/a><\/strong>\u00a0using the Job Title as the subject of the mail.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Application Deadline: <\/strong>15th November, 2023.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Pella Group aims to be the market leader, preferred provider of real estate, construction, building finishing, financing and property management globally.
