We are recruiting to fill the position below:<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title: Operations Manager<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>Location:\u00a0<\/strong>Lekki, Lagos<br \/>\n<strong>Employment Type:<\/strong> Full-time<\/p>\n<p><strong>Summary<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>To be responsible for the strategy and operations of laundry services.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Responsibilities<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Overseeing the operations of the laundry facility and services<\/li>\n<li>Developing new business opportunities with clients from small to large requirements such as government, hospitality, commercial and workers villages and managing key accounts.<\/li>\n<li>Adherence to HSE&amp;Q standards and international best practices<\/li>\n<li>Managing the operations cost-effectively<\/li>\n<li>Overseeing the procurement and supply of industrial chemicals and products, assets and machinery for the facility<\/li>\n<li>Manpower resourcing and training &amp; development<\/li>\n<li>Develop and implement more policies, procedures, and systems to improve the operations<\/li>\n<li>Ensuring that all standards specified in the contracts are met<\/li>\n<li>Training and development of team members<\/li>\n<li>Preparing and managing budgets<\/li>\n<li>Inventory and asset management<\/li>\n<li>Management reporting<\/li>\n<li>Assigns and reviews the work of laundry employees engaged in receiving, washing, ironing, packaging and delivering laundry to various departments or guests.<\/li>\n<li>Contributes to the development of processes and procedures. Thorough knowledge of functional area under supervision.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Education<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Bachelor\u2019s Degree \/ MSc<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Requirements:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>3-5 years in an Operational Management in hospitality or commercial laundry experience<\/li>\n<li>Experience working with clients in the hospitality industry or Laundry,<\/li>\n<li>Financial management with the ability to prepare and manage budgets and costs<\/li>\n<li>Ability to prepare tenders and quotes<\/li>\n<li>Female only (for gender balance)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Candidate Profile:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Fluency in English is essential<\/li>\n<li>Proficient in MS Office including Excel<\/li>\n<li>Effective leadership and management experience<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>To Apply<\/strong><br \/>\nInterested and qualified candidates should send their CV to:\u00a0<strong><a href=\"mailto:washryterecruitment@gmail.com\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">washryterecruitment@gmail.com<\/a><\/strong>\u00a0using &#8220;Operations Manager \/ Business Development Manager&#8221; as the subject of the mail.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Application Deadline: <\/strong>30th November, 2023.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Note:<\/strong>\u00a0Candidate should be based around Lekki Axis.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>WashRyte Laundry services are designed to give you quality and fast laundry services.
