Over the years we have worked with reputable 3-5 star hotels across the nation, providing business solutions in the hospitality industry, and we have earned ourselves as one of the emerging hospitality management company committed to seeing our clients satisfied, hence our slogan \u2018Thinking Beyond Boundaries.\u2019 We are recruiting to fill the position below:<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title: Food &amp; Beverage Supervisor<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>Location:<\/strong>\u00a0Abuja<br \/>\n<strong>Department:<\/strong> Customer Finance<br \/>\n<strong>Reporting Line:<\/strong> Head of Customer Finance<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Description<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Responsible for directing, coordinating, and administering Food &amp; Beverage service operations to ensure profitability.<\/li>\n<li>Ensure that waiting staff are conversant with product portions, prices and turnaround time for service delivery<\/li>\n<li>To ensure the punctuality and timekeeping of your team to meet requirements<\/li>\n<li>Ensure that all staff are in their designated work area and absenteeism is promptly detected and addressed<\/li>\n<li>Create a good communication link with kitchen staff to ensure the right products come out quickly.<\/li>\n<li>Taking responsibility of day-to-day Lounge activities including private function and weekend buffet.<\/li>\n<li>Resolving and attending to customers complaints<\/li>\n<li>Enforcing disciplinary measure among waiting staffs in accordance with the Lounge&#8217;s policy.<\/li>\n<li>Supervising the food &amp; beverage stock and inventory list<\/li>\n<li>Assigning duties to your subordinate\/setting good example among them.<\/li>\n<li>Ensure quality standards and services, and guest satisfaction for multiple F&amp;B outlets throughout the Lounge.<\/li>\n<li>Responsible for the service delivered to the customers in the bars, Restaurant and outdoor bar.<\/li>\n<li>Oversees the overall operation of the storerooms as per company policies.<\/li>\n<li>Responsible for the overall implementation, execution of all F&amp;B policies and procedures pertaining to employees, work manuals, sanitation requirements, costs, quality, menus as required.<\/li>\n<li>Ensures that the highest level of food hygiene is maintained throughout all food and beverage areas in compliance with F &amp; B regulatory body.<\/li>\n<li>Think critically to respond and react quickly to ever changing situations on property.<\/li>\n<li>Collaborate with General Manager and Chef to create a culture and restaurant work environment based upon respect; foster opportunities for the team to learn, grow and develop their abilities<\/li>\n<li>Review the daily business levels, anticipate critical situations and plan effective solutions to best expedite these situations<\/li>\n<li>Acts as the guest service role model for the restaurant; set a good example of excellent customer service and creates a positive atmosphere for guest relations.<\/li>\n<li>Empowers Waiters and Waitresses to provide excellent customer service.<\/li>\n<li>Holds daily line-up meetings and monthly departmental meetings with staff reviewing daily events, safety issues\/concerns, and guest comments.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Requirements and Qualifications<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Bachelor&#8217;s Degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field preferred<\/li>\n<li>Minimum of 5 years of experience in Lounge, restaurant and hotel management, with at least 3 years in a leadership role\u00a0 Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.<\/li>\n<li>Strong leadership and decision-making skills.<\/li>\n<li>Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously<\/li>\n<li>Knowledge of restaurant &amp; hotel industry trends and best practices<\/li>\n<li>Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>To Apply<\/strong><br \/>\nInterested and qualified candidates should forward their CV and Cover Letter to:\u00a0<a href=\"mailto:venmachospitality@gmail.com\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><strong>venmachospitality@gmail.com<\/strong><\/a>\u00a0using the Job Title as the subject of the mail.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Application Deadline: <\/strong>10th December, 2023.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Note<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Only shortlisted candidates will be contacted.<\/li>\n<li>Multiple applications will lead to disqualification.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Venmac Resources Limited is a hotel management company with an unmatched experience in the hospitality Industry.
