We are recruiting to fill the position below:<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title:\u00a0Chief Operations Officer<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>Location:<\/strong>\u00a0Abuja (FCT)<br \/>\n<strong>Employment Type:<\/strong> Full-time<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>What you\u2019ll be doing<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>As the Chief Operation Officer at Next Gear Group, you\u2019ll provide strategic direction and leadership for the overall operations of the company, oversee the day-to-day operations and long-term strategies that drive the success and growth of the entire group.<\/li>\n<li>You would be directly responsible for making sure that your team understands the vision and running in the same direction and at a great pace.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>What your day-to-day looks like Sync with your team through the line managers on direction for the week\/day:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Oversee resource allocation, including budgeting, to optimize financial performance.<\/li>\n<li>Foster collaboration among different departments to ensure a unified approach to achieving organizational objectives.<\/li>\n<li>Ensure smooth transitions during periods of organizational growth or transformation.<\/li>\n<li>It also differs from day-to-day.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>What you need to have<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>10 years of experience in the role indicated or related roles.<\/li>\n<li>MBA in Project Management<\/li>\n<li>Must be an Interior Designer<\/li>\n<li>A Marketing Consultant, Excellent communication skills, relationship management skills, problem-solving skills and critical thinking skills with a business owner mentality.
