We are recruiting to fill the position below:<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title: Front Desk Executive<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>Location:\u00a0<\/strong>Ibadan, Oyo<br \/>\n<strong>Employment Type<\/strong>: Full-time<\/p>\n<p><strong>Responsibilities<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Welcome visitors, guests, and clients in a friendly and professional manner<\/li>\n<li>Provide information and assistance to guests<\/li>\n<li>Answer and direct phone calls to the appropriate staff members or departments<\/li>\n<li>Respond to inquiries and provide information about the organization<\/li>\n<li>Perform various administrative tasks such as sorting mail, managing schedules, and coordinating appointments<\/li>\n<li>Receive letters, and packages and send them to the appropriate destination<\/li>\n<li>Maintain and update contact lists and organizational databases<\/li>\n<li>Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues or direct them to the appropriate person or department<\/li>\n<li>Provide information about services, facilities, and company policies<\/li>\n<li>Manage reservations and bookings for meeting rooms, appointments, or other facilities<\/li>\n<li>Issue visitor badges and maintains security awareness<\/li>\n<li>Process payments, handle cash, and issue receipts as necessary<\/li>\n<li>Maintain accurate records of financial transactions<\/li>\n<li>Address and resolve issues or complaints promptly and professionally<\/li>\n<li>Ensure the reception area is clean, organized, and presentable<\/li>\n<li>Arrange reading materials and keep the area tidy.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Requirements<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Candidates should possess an HND \/ Bachelor&#8217;s Degree in any discipline<\/li>\n<li>Minimum of 2 years of proven Front Desk experience<\/li>\n<li>Excellent communication and interpersonal skills<\/li>\n<li>Proficient in using office equipment, including phone systems and computers<\/li>\n<li>Strong organizational and multitasking abilities<\/li>\n<li>Customer service-oriented with a positive attitude<\/li>\n<li>Ability to handle stressful situations with calmness and professionalism.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>To Apply<\/strong><br \/>\nInterested and qualified candidates should send their CV to:\u00a0<a href=\"mailto:recruitmentng@handyware.co.za\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><strong>recruitmentng@handyware.co.za<\/strong><\/a>\u00a0using the Job Title as the subject of the mail.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Application Deadline: <\/strong>30th November, 2023.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Handyware Industries Limited is an FMCG Manufacturing Company.
