We are recruiting to fill the position below:<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title:<\/strong>\u00a0<strong>Admin Officer<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>Location:\u00a0<\/strong>Opebi, Lagos<br \/>\nEmployment Type: Full-time<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Description<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Oversee and direct daily company administrative processes and procedures.<\/li>\n<li>Maintain compliance with healthcare regulations, accrediting agencies, and licensing requirements.<\/li>\n<li>Supervision of facility services, maintenance processes, repair and improvement and office security operations.<\/li>\n<li>Negotiating contracts with vendors, suppliers and contractors.<\/li>\n<li>Maintain administrative staff by recruiting, selecting, orienting, and training employees.<\/li>\n<li>Developing, reviewing, and improving administrative systems, policies, and procedures.<\/li>\n<li>Planning and promoting office events, including meetings, conferences, orientations, and training sessions.<\/li>\n<li>Prepare and monitor the department\u2019s budget.<\/li>\n<li>Provide administrative support and office systems within the organization.<\/li>\n<li>Provide standard clerical duties as assigned, including mailing, and communicating with clients and partners.<\/li>\n<li>Overseeing projects and tracking progress towards company goals.<\/li>\n<li>Ensure the security team&#8217;s activities and interactions with Clients, visitors, vendors, and employees align with the company culture of excellence.<\/li>\n<li>Ensure proper and timely cleaning of the facility by the housekeeping unit.<\/li>\n<li>Ensure staff work schedule aligns with organizational needs.<\/li>\n<li>Proactively identify and resolve operations and administrative problems.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Requirements<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Bachelor&#8217;s Degree in Healthcare Administration or Business Administration<\/li>\n<li>1 &#8211; 2 years of experience at a healthcare facility in a hospital administrator role (essential).<\/li>\n<li>Ability to work independently and as part of a team.<\/li>\n<li>Excellent documentation, communication, and IT skills.<\/li>\n<li>Passionate about clinical excellence.<\/li>\n<li>Critical thinker with strong conceptual and problem-solving skills.<\/li>\n<li>Great attention to detail with the ability to multi-task.<\/li>\n<li>Superb organizational, administrative, and planning skills.<\/li>\n<li>Ability to work under pressure and react effectively to emergency situations.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>To Apply<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Interested and qualified candidates should send their CV \/ Resume to:\u00a0<strong><a href=\"mailto:hr@zendaleholdco.com\">hr@zendaleholdco.com<\/a><\/strong>\u00a0using the Job Title as the subject of the email.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Vhelar Consulting is a reputable company that provides healthcare services to organizations in both the private and public sectors.
