We are recruiting to fill the position below:<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title:\u00a0IT Auditor<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>Location: <\/strong>Lagos<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Description<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>The SEAL Energy team reviews IT Platforms that are critical to the Nigerian\u2019s Oil&amp;Gas infrastructure and is currently looking for a Lead IT Auditor with a specific expertise in auditing technology applications, cyber security and\/or IT infrastructure areas.<\/li>\n<li>Successful candidates will be passionate about making a real impact to the client\u2019s controls and business processes. With limited supervision from a manager, the jobholder will be required to develop relationships with the client\u2019s on-site staff in the IT as well as business areas; develop a deep understanding of the Oil &amp;Gas business areas; and to plan and perform audit of the IT systems.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>The role requires the ability to:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Understand modern and legacy IT systems architectures.<\/li>\n<li>Leverage this understanding to identify the risks and gaps facing the current IT solutions deployed.<\/li>\n<li>Investigate the effectiveness of current IT architecture in accordance with the modern IT best practices.<\/li>\n<li>Lead and ensure completion of all on and off-site audit work within allocated time and budgets with minimal oversight.<\/li>\n<li>Draw and articulate well-formulated conclusions and cost-effective recommendations.<\/li>\n<li>Develop final audit report highlighting current gaps and recommendations.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Role Requirements<br \/>\nMinimum (Essential) Criteria<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>\u00a0The candidate should ideally have strong IT audit experience.<\/li>\n<li>Excellent writing skills, including the ability to explain highly technical audit findings in a straightforward manner to senior stakeholders not familiar with the technical detail.<\/li>\n<li>Able to work cooperatively in a team environment.<\/li>\n<li>Excellent attention to detail, ensuring that own and other outputs are accurate and supportable the first time.<\/li>\n<li>Able to juggle multiple priorities and deliver within pre-agreed timelines.<\/li>\n<li>Strong technical knowledge and experience of reviewing technical infrastructure areas (cloud, databases, operating systems) and cyber security controls.<\/li>\n<li>Enthusiastic, committed and able to drive positive change through the performance of well-thought-out, thorough audit work.<\/li>\n<li>Ability to identify, recommend and drive through practical, cost-effective control improvements.<\/li>\n<li>Excellent communication skills, including the ability to openly express views and opinions.<\/li>\n<li>Comfortable building business relationships and liaising with senior management and external stakeholders.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Desirable Criteria<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Data proficiency with tools such as Tableau and other analytics tools would be an advantage but not mandatory.<\/li>\n<li>Relevant qualification would be an advantage (e.g. ACA, CISA, ITIL, CISSP, CISM).<\/li>\n<li>Good working knowledge of industry best practices (e.g. COBIT, ITIL, ISO 27001\/2, NIST).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Salary Range<\/strong><br \/>\nN300,000 &#8211; N400,000 \/ month.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>To Apply<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Interested and qualified candidates should forward their CV to:\u00a0<a href=\"mailto:hr@seal-energy.com\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><strong>hr@seal-energy.com<\/strong><\/a>\u00a0using the position as the subject of the email.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Application Deadline: <\/strong>17th November, 2023.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Seal Energy Investment Company Limited &#8211; Long-established oil, gas and construction company that has a large pipeline of work requires experienced Accounts Officers for employment.
