We are recruiting to fill the position below:<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title: Customer Service Executive<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>Location:\u00a0<\/strong>Lagos<br \/>\n<strong>Employment Type<\/strong>: Full-time<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Summary<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>The Customer Service Executive is responsible for providing exceptional customer service experience while ensuring our customers&#8217; needs are always satisfied.<\/li>\n<li>He\/She presents, promotes, and sells the company\u2019s products\/services to existing and prospective customers.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Job Responsibilities<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Generate sales, cross-sell, and upsell customers on goods and services<\/li>\n<li>Attend to customer queries and assist in resolving customers&#8217; issues through calls, chats, emails, and\/or social media platforms.<\/li>\n<li>Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times and generate customer feedback and testimonials.<\/li>\n<li>Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication via various channels.<\/li>\n<li>Meet personal\/customer service team sales targets and call-handling quotas.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Job Requirements<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Minimum of a B.Sc Degree in Sales, Marketing, or any relevant field.<\/li>\n<li>Minimum of 3 years of work experience in customer service or similar role with remarkable track records.<\/li>\n<li>Result-oriented mindsets with a focus on meeting and exceeding sales targetcall-handlings.<\/li>\n<li>Customer-oriented and able to adapt\/respond to different types of characters.<\/li>\n<li>Excellent communication and presentation skills.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>To Apply<\/strong><br \/>\nInterested and qualified candidates should forward their CVs and Cover Letters to:\u00a0<strong><a href=\"mailto:contact@feegor.com\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">contact@feegor.com<\/a><\/strong>\u00a0using the Job Title as the subject of the email.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Application Deadline: <\/strong>Not Specified.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Note:<\/strong>\u00a0Only shortlisted candidates will be contacted.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Feegor is an innovative B2B e-commerce company that enables retailers discover, connect, and source goods directly from manufacturers and major wholesalers nationwide.
