We are recruiting to fill the position of:<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title:\u00a0Business Development Manager &#8211; Oil &amp; Gas, Marine<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>Location:<\/strong>\u00a0Lagos<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Overview<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Business Development Manager with a strong background in the Oil &amp; Gas industry, specifically within the Marine sector.<\/li>\n<li>The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving business growth, fostering strategic partnerships, and identifying new opportunities within the Oil &amp; Gas and Marine segments.<\/li>\n<li>This role requires a deep understanding of the industry, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record of successfully executing business development strategies.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Key Responsibilities<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Conduct comprehensive market research to identify trends, opportunities, and potential areas for business expansion within the Oil &amp; Gas and Marine sectors.<\/li>\n<li>Stay informed about industry regulations, technological advancements, and competitive landscapes.<\/li>\n<li>Develop and implement effective business development strategies that align with the company&#8217;s overall goals and objectives.<\/li>\n<li>Develop and present compelling proposals to clients, showcasing the company&#8217;s capabilities and value proposition.<\/li>\n<li>Collaborate with internal teams, including sales, marketing, and technical departments, to ensure a unified approach towards business development goals.<\/li>\n<li>Provide leadership and guidance to the business development team.<\/li>\n<li>Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of business plans.<\/li>\n<li>Good portfolio with clientele in Oil &amp; Gas and Marine sectors.<\/li>\n<li>Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key clients, stakeholders, and industry influencers within the Oil &amp; Gas and Marine sectors.<\/li>\n<li>Understand clients&#8217; needs and work towards providing customized solutions to enhance customer satisfaction.<\/li>\n<li>Identify and evaluate potential strategic partnerships, joint ventures, and collaborations to strengthen the company&#8217;s position in the market.<\/li>\n<li>Negotiate and finalize business agreements with partners to achieve mutual benefits.<\/li>\n<li>Drive sales efforts to meet and exceed revenue targets within the Oil &amp; Gas and Marine segments.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Required Qualifications<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Bachelor&#8217;s Degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field.
