We are recruiting to fill the position below:<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title: Premium Executive Manager<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>Location:<\/strong>\u00a0Ilupeju, Lagos<br \/>\n<strong>Job ID:<\/strong> 2300020499<br \/>\n<strong>Employment type:<\/strong> Full-time<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Description<\/strong><br \/>\nStrategy:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Awareness and understanding of the Group\u2019s business strategy and model appropriate to the role.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Business:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Lower number of high-value clients in portfolio compared to Senior Priority Banker; All other mandates similar to Senior Priority Banker.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Engaging and deepening activities:<\/strong><br \/>\nMethodically engage (remote):<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Have complete knowledge of the clients in terms of the profile &amp; assets<\/li>\n<li>Create analytics-backed next best conversation<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Needs \/anchor products:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Individual banking products (Deposits, Wealth Products, Mortgage, CC)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Meet &amp; deep sell (remote &amp; in person)<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Meet in person to meet advisory needs (once a month\/quarter)<\/li>\n<li>Connect client with specialists<\/li>\n<li>Set up products<\/li>\n<li>Conduct\/connect for periodic KYC<\/li>\n<li>Conduct fulfilment &amp; activate.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Needs \/ anchor products:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Individual banking products (Deposits, Wealth Products, Mortgage, CC).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Service (remote):<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Refer most servicing activities to Client Service Managers.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Needs \/ anchor products:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>PL, CASA, CC, Wealth Products.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Meet, deep sell &amp; train (in person):<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Meet, listen and determine further needs<\/li>\n<li>Set up anchor products &amp; initiate cross-sell<\/li>\n<li>Conduct\/connect for KYC<\/li>\n<li>Educate and conduct initial set up for Mobile\/Web, ATMs, Client Centre, and Branch<\/li>\n<li>Conduct fulfilment &amp; activate.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Processes:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Reference the processes for which the role is responsible under the ORF\u00a0 as 1st &amp; 2nd line; for executing \/ completing, and for supervising.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>People &amp; Talent:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Live the Bank\u2019s values.\u00a0 Work in collaboration with risk and control partners.\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Complete the required training and development as advised from time to time.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Risk Management:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Responsible for identifying, assessing, monitoring, controlling and mitigating risks to the Group. Also, an awareness and understanding of the main risks facing the Group and the role the individual plays in managing them Reference all responsibilities Under Risk Management\u00a0 Framework the ability to interpret the Group\u2019s financial information, identify key issues based on this information and put in place appropriate controls and measures.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Governance:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Awareness and understanding of the regulatory framework in which the Group operates, and the regulatory requirements and expectations relevant to the role.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Regulatory &amp; Business Conduct:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Display exemplary conduct and live by the\u00a0Group\u2019s Values and Code of Conduct.<\/li>\n<li>Take personal responsibility for embedding the highest standards of ethics, including regulatory and business conduct, across Standard Chartered Bank.
