We are recruiting to fill the position below:<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title: Account Assistant<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>Location:\u00a0<\/strong>Tradefair, Lagos<br \/>\n<strong>Employment Type<\/strong>: Full-time<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Description<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>We are urgently looking out for a motivated Account Assistant who is an excellent multi tasker with exceptional communication and time management skills.<\/li>\n<li>As an accounts assistant\u2019s you are responsible for supporting the accounting department\u2019s by performing clerical tasks, performing data entry, processing and recording transactions, preparing reports and budget and handling of petty cash.<\/li>\n<li>To be successful in this role you must be trustworthy and be discreet when dealing with confidential information, you must be extremely organized, focused and has the ability to work as part of the team to achieve the company goals.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Responsibilities<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Providing support to the Accounting Department by performing basic office tasks such as filling and data entry.<\/li>\n<li>Ensuring all daily POS transfers are accurate, calculating and checking to make sure daily payments, amounts and records are correct.<\/li>\n<li>Processing expense requests for the accountant to approve.<\/li>\n<li>Processing transactions, issuing checks, and updating ledgers, budgets, etc.<\/li>\n<li>Following up with the inventory and IT department to Ensure all goods bought are received into the system<\/li>\n<li>Assisting with audits, fact checks, and resolving discrepancies.<\/li>\n<li>Collecting cash from the Cashier and ensuring it\u2019s been deposited daily.<\/li>\n<li>Ensuring all invoices of good transferred (stock movement) is accurate<\/li>\n<li>Reconcile financial books including incoming and outgoing funds and bank reconciliation<\/li>\n<li>Additional duties as needed.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Requirements<\/strong><br \/>\nThe prospective candidate MUST have:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Accounting \/ Finance background and completed their NYSC<\/li>\n<li>At least 2 year of relevant experience in an accounting role<\/li>\n<li>Good understanding of accounting principles<\/li>\n<li>Good working knowledge of an accounting software. i.e QuickBooks and Excel<\/li>\n<li>The confidence &amp; boldness to assert him\/herself on the job.<\/li>\n<li>Very good communication, record keeping\/documentation skills.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Salary<\/strong><br \/>\nN70,000 &#8211; N80,000 \/ month.<\/p>\n<p><strong>To Apply<\/strong><br \/>\nInterested and qualified candidates should send their Application to:\u00a0<a href=\"mailto:Careers@kuddycosmetics.com\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><strong>Careers@kuddycosmetics.com<\/strong><\/a>\u00a0using the job title as the subject of the mail.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Application Deadline: <\/strong>7th December, 2023.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Note:\u00a0<\/strong>Interested candidates should reside within Festac, satelite town or Amuwo Odofin axis.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Kuddy Cosmetics have been a leading name in the beauty and makeup industry in Nigeria with an availability of over 20,000 skincare and makeup products on shelves in 15 locations&#8230;..<\/p>\n","protected":false},"author":10165,"featured_media":0,"comment_status":"open","ping_status":"open","sticky":false,"template":"","format":"standard","meta":{"om_disable_all_campaigns":false,"jetpack_post_was_ever_published":false,"_jetpack_newsletter_access":"","_jetpack_newsletter_tier_id":0,"footnotes":"","jetpack_publicize_message":"","jetpack_is_tweetstorm":false,"jetpack_publicize_feature_enabled":true,"jetpack_social_post_already_shared":true,"jetpack_social_options":{"image_generator_settings":{"template":"highway","enabled":false}}},"categories":[3,1],"tags":[3079],"jetpack_publicize_connections":[],"yoast_head":"<!-- This site is optimized with the Yoast SEO plugin v21.5 - https:\/\/yoast.com\/wordpress\/plugins\/seo\/ -->\n<title>Kuddy Cosmetics Limited Current Job Opportunity - Apply Now!
