We work with organizations to overcome their organization specific people and process challenges; designing and implementing the most effective and efficient interventions for smooth transitioning from entrepreneurship to a professionally managed firm.\u00a0 We are recruiting to fill the position below:<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title: Project Manager (Medical Project)<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>Location:\u00a0<\/strong>Ikeja, Lagos<br \/>\n<strong>Employment Type<\/strong>: Contract<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Summary<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>As a project manager for our medical project, you will be responsible for overseeing the planning, execution, and successful completion of healthcare-related initiatives.<\/li>\n<li>You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, ensuring that project objectives are met within established timelines, budgets, and quality standards.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Job Description<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Develop comprehensive project plans, timelines, and budgets, ensuring alignment with project goals and healthcare industry standards.<\/li>\n<li>Lead and manage the business aspects of medical projects, ensuring alignment with project objectives, timelines, and budget constraints.<\/li>\n<li>Monitor project progress, track key performance indicators, and prepare regular reports and updates for stakeholders and management.<\/li>\n<li>Develop and implement strategic plans for medical projects, identifying opportunities, risks, and potential growth areas within the healthcare industry.<\/li>\n<li>Oversee financial aspects, including budgeting, forecasting, cost analysis, and resource allocation, for optimal project performance.<\/li>\n<li>Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including medical professionals, researchers, administrators, and external stakeholders, to ensure project success.<\/li>\n<li>Ensure adherence to regulatory standards and compliance with healthcare laws, and maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry regulations and best practices.<\/li>\n<li>Identify and pursue business opportunities, partnerships, and collaborations that enhance the project&#8217;s success and contribute to its growth.<\/li>\n<li>Identify potential risks and develop risk mitigation strategies to minimize project vulnerabilities and maintain project progress.<\/li>\n<li>Prepare comprehensive reports, presentations, and documentation outlining project progress, financial status, and key performance indicators for stakeholders and management.<\/li>\n<li>Implement quality control measures to ensure the delivery of high-quality healthcare solutions and services within the project scope.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Qualifications &amp; Requirements<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Bachelor&#8217;s Degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, or related field<\/li>\n<li>3 &#8211; 4 years of experience in project management, preferably in the healthcare or medical industry.<\/li>\n<li>Strong understanding of healthcare regulations, compliance standards, and industry trends.<\/li>\n<li>Exceptional project management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.<\/li>\n<li>Excellent writing, communication, documentation, negotiation, and leadership abilities<\/li>\n<li>Proficiency in financial analysis, budgeting, and resource allocation<\/li>\n<li>Ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders.<\/li>\n<li>Strong problem-solving skills and a strategic mindset.<\/li>\n<li>Candidates should reside in Ikeja and its environment.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Remuneration<\/strong><br \/>\nN200,000 Monthly.<\/p>\n<p><strong>To Apply<\/strong><br \/>\nInterested and qualified candidates should send their CV to:\u00a0<a href=\"mailto:greenecareers@gmail.com\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><strong>greenecareers@gmail.com<\/strong><\/a>\u00a0using the Job Title as the subject of the mail.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Application Deadline: <\/strong>24th December, 2023.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Note:<\/strong>\u00a0This position is on a contract basis and will last for 6 months until the project is completed.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Alister Greene is a professional consulting firm with expertise in providing People-Process Management solutions to Large, Small and Medium Scale Enterprises.
