We are recruiting to fill the position below:<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title: Utility Engineer<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>Location:\u00a0<\/strong>Lagos<\/p>\n<p><strong>Scope of Work<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Air compressor &amp; air dryer unit<\/li>\n<li>Diesel generator and NEPA<\/li>\n<li>Power management<\/li>\n<li>Bore hole water management and consumption<\/li>\n<li>Steam &#8211; boilers &#8211; Chiller &#8211; Electricians.<\/li>\n<li>AHV<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Job Description<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Ensure all the utilities equipment are well serviced and ready to use for production<\/li>\n<li>Zero tolerance for breakdown<\/li>\n<li>Utility budget is within the standard cost (KPI).<\/li>\n<li>Daily management record of all the utilities equipment\/Daily power and water consumption report.<\/li>\n<li>Cost per pack within the monthly budget (KPI).<\/li>\n<li>Spare parts management consumable and critical spare available (KPI).<\/li>\n<li>Regular training of utility staff.<\/li>\n<li>Ensure strict compliance to 6s and all methodology and philosophy of the organization.<\/li>\n<li>Strategic ways tom improving the efficiency of the utility equipment to reduce cost.<\/li>\n<li>Maintain and coordinating utility staff in line with company is policy.<\/li>\n<li>Candidate should have the ability to work under pressure.<\/li>\n<li>Candidate should have the leadership quality to maintain team.<\/li>\n<li>To maintain &amp; analyze daily log books\/equipment checklists, complaint log book, meter NEPA reading e.t.c.<\/li>\n<li>To prepare &amp; follow preventive maintenance schedule for all the utility requirements.<\/li>\n<li>To give daily feedback to HOD for all critical &amp; non-critical works in plant<\/li>\n<li>Any other work as when assigned by the HOD management.<\/li>\n<li>Read blue prints piping and wiring diagrams.<\/li>\n<li>Performing preventive maintenance on related equipment assigned by supervisor\/manager.<\/li>\n<li>Attend all schedule staff training and safety meetings.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Qualification \/ Skills<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>B.Sc \/ HND in Electrical Engineering<\/li>\n<li>5 years or more experience FMCG Firm.<\/li>\n<li>Sound written and oral communication skills.<\/li>\n<li>Proficiency in Microsoft Office.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>To Apply<\/strong><br \/>\nInterested and qualified candidates should send their Applications to:\u00a0<strong><a href=\"mailto:nghr@cwaygroup.com\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">nghr@cwaygroup.com<\/a><\/strong>\u00a0using the Job Title as the subject of the email.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Application Deadline: <\/strong>Not Specified.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>CWAY Group &#8211; In 1999, Mr. Onest Che founded CWAY group, a Foods and Beverages\u00a0 company in Nigeria and steadfastly committed these investments towards improving people\u2019s lives.
