We are recruiting to fill the position below:<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title: Performance Marketing Manager<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>Location:\u00a0<\/strong>Lagos<br \/>\n<strong>Employment Type:<\/strong> Full-time<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Description<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>We are looking to hire a Performance Marketing Manager to oversee and manage the performance marketing initiatives of the company.<\/li>\n<li>This includes developing and executing strategies to improve website traffic, conversion rates, and ROI. If you&#8217;re interested in using systematic ways to test and can generate innovative ideas to grow sales, we would like to meet you.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>What do you need to be considered successful?<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Manage a dashboard of key metrics that are tracked daily\/weekly; Analyze and own all data across the sales funnel, social media, and D2C e-commerce (website analytics) to suggest innovative strategies to grow users, traffic, conversation rate, revenue and engagement rates.<\/li>\n<li>Data Analysis: Ability to collect, analyse, and interpret large amounts of data to make informed decisions about campaign performance.<\/li>\n<li>Digital Marketing: Knowledge of various digital marketing channels, such as search, social media PPC, display, and email, and how to use them to drive performance.<\/li>\n<li>Marketing Automation: Understanding marketing automation tools and how to streamline and scale marketing efforts.<\/li>\n<li>Copywriting and Creativity: Ability to write compelling copy and create engaging content that resonates with target audiences.<\/li>\n<li>Technical skills: Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, as well as experience with tracking and analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Meta Business Manager and more.<\/li>\n<li>Project management: Ability to prioritise tasks, manage projects, and work with cross-functional teams to meet deadlines.<\/li>\n<li>Financial Management: Understanding budgeting, forecasting, and ROI calculations and how to use these to optimise campaigns for maximum return on investment.<\/li>\n<li>Strategic Thinking: Ability to think strategically about marketing initiatives, analyse market trends, and identify new opportunities for growth.<\/li>\n<li>Communication and Collaboration: Strong interpersonal and communication skills to collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders, including clients, vendors, and other team members.<\/li>\n<li>Continuous Learning: A willingness to continuously learn and stay up-to-date with the latest developments in digital marketing and technology.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>The biggest problem-solving duties on the job:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>You will be required to convert available data into meaningful insights that will increase their content engagement across all platforms.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>What do you need to have done in your career?<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Candidates should possess Bachelor&#8217;s Degrees with 3 &#8211;
