We are recruiting to fill the position below:<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title:\u00a0Marketing Manager<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>Location:\u00a0<\/strong>Trade-fair, Lagos<br \/>\n<strong>Employment Type:<\/strong> Full-time<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Description<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Marketing manager responsibilities include tracking and analyzing the performance of advertising campaigns, managing the marketing budget, and ensuring that all marketing material for fragrance and beauty is in line with our brand identity.<\/li>\n<li>To be successful in this role, you should have hands-on experience with web analytics tools and be able to turn creative ideas into effective advertising projects.<\/li>\n<li>A Marketing Manager helps to build and maintain a strong and consistent brand through a wide range of online and offline marketing channels for both Fragrance and Beauty Brands in Essenza.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Responsibilities<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Develop strategies and tactics to get the word out about our company and drive qualified traffic to our front door (Stores and Website and Social Platforms).<\/li>\n<li>Establish a marketing calendar -consisting of Business plans as well as plans of Brand partners while serving as a marketing contact for these brand partners<\/li>\n<li>Deploy successful marketing campaigns and in-store events and own their implementation from ideation to execution.<\/li>\n<li>Serve as marketing contact for brand partners.<\/li>\n<li>Experiment with a variety of organic media communication channels like content creation, content curation, pay-per-click campaigns, event management, publicity, social media, lead generation campaigns, copywriting, and performance analysis of these channels.<\/li>\n<li>Collaborate with different departments to strategize and execute all promotional activities.<\/li>\n<li>Produce valuable and engaging content for our website blog and social platforms that attracts and converts our target groups.<\/li>\n<li>Build strategic relationships and partner with key industry players, agencies, and vendors.<\/li>\n<li>Prepare and monitor the marketing budget on a quarterly and annual basis.<\/li>\n<li>Develop and execute influencer marketing strategies.<\/li>\n<li>Oversee and approve marketing material, from website banners to hard copy brochures and case studies.<\/li>\n<li>Measure and report on the performance of marketing campaigns, gain insight, and assess against goals.<\/li>\n<li>Develop complete programs (offers and in-store) and wrap up key promotional periods with performance analysis and key learning to maximize future executions.<\/li>\n<li>Analyse consumer behavior and adjust email and advertising campaigns accordingly. Job fulfilment<\/li>\n<li>Monthly campaigns \u2013 In line with brand strategy to stay on the foremost thoughts of consumers<\/li>\n<li>Plan and prepare one month of campaigns with respective departments.<\/li>\n<li>Build on secondary moments &#8211; to ensure an activity runs the entire month in-store.<\/li>\n<li>Marketing Initiatives and Strategies &#8211; Scheduling annual Brand Plans\/Trade Plans in collaboration with respective departments.<\/li>\n<li>Customer loyalty &#8211; Instilling our brand identity in consumers by building on their loyalty through the loyalty program and developing other channels to reward customers.<\/li>\n<li>Advertising &#8211; Work with respective departments to ensure consumers are reached through the right channels depending on the campaign.<\/li>\n<li>Building on our social influence &#8211; Partnering with the right influencers, and building our influencer database.<\/li>\n<li>Digital upskilling &#8211; Working with digital marketers to build on interactive social media activities.<\/li>\n<li>Numerically literate, comfortable working with numbers, making sense of metrics, and processing figures with spreadsheets.<\/li>\n<li>A sense of aesthetics and a love for great copy and witty communication<\/li>\n<li>Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement.<\/li>\n<li>Events &#8211; planning and executing events as needed for in-store or out-of-store.<\/li>\n<li>Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) \u2013 In line with brand identity, work on 2 years of CSR activities.<\/li>\n<li>Custodian of brand relationship \u2013 value-driven approach (going the extra mile).<\/li>\n<li>Decorations \u2013 Animating the stores to celebrate key moments.<\/li>\n<li>Monthly Reports \u2013 Marketing Performance and Marketing expense reports.<\/li>\n<li>Demonstrable experience in marketing together with the potential and attitude required to learn.
