Oracle is technology leader that\u2019s changing how the world does business.<\/li>\n<li>Join our fast-paced, motivated sales team and discover unlimited opportunities to grow your career with us!<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>What you will do<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Build license sales opportunities across our portfolio, selling the value of Oracle solutions in infrastructure, database, middleware, business intelligence, and big data.<\/li>\n<li>Promote Oracle products to customers and license sales partners<\/li>\n<li>Primary job duty is to sell technology software products and related services in a defined territory. Identifies, qualifies and closes new opportunities.<\/li>\n<li>Manages accounts including the entire sales process from business development prospecting and specifications through contract negotiations, signing, and post-sales support. Leverages the Oracle sales model to maximize revenue growth and increase local market share.<\/li>\n<li>Builds and expands business partner revenue and self sufficiency.<\/li>\n<li>Leading contributor individually and as a team member, providing direction and mentoring to others.<\/li>\n<li>Work is non-routine and very complex, involving the application of advanced technical\/business skills in area of specialization.<\/li>\n<li>Collaborate with our partners to drive sales across our wide tech portfolio<\/li>\n<li>Develop sales plans, competitive information, and regional success stories<\/li>\n<li>Meet with senior customer contacts to build lasting relationships<\/li>\n<li>Use your tech expertise to become a trusted advisor to our clients<\/li>\n<li>Close deals, shape proposals and go-to-market campaigns, and win new opportunities.<\/li>\n<li>Sells a subset of product or services directly or via partners to a large number of named accounts\/non-named accounts\/geographical territory (mainly Tier 3 accounts).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Requirements<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Bachelor&#8217;s Degree or equivalent.<\/li>\n<li>8 years applicable experience including 7 years of technology sales experience.<\/li>\n<li>Proven track record of exceeding sales objective and territory\/account development. Experience as the focal point for clients for all sales and related issues.<\/li>\n<li>Oracle knowledge and\/or knowledge of Oracle*s competitors. Travel may be needed.<\/li>\n<li>Ability to forecast, manage sales expenses, and successfully close new Oracle business.<\/li>\n<li>Business development, prospecting and presentation skills.
