We are recruiting to fill the position below:<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title:<\/strong>\u00a0<strong>Admissions Assistant<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>Location:<\/strong>\u00a0Lagos<br \/>\n<strong>Employment Type:<\/strong> Full time<br \/>\n<strong>Job Category:<\/strong> Admissions<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Description<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>The Admissions function is central to the success of the school.<\/li>\n<li>The Admissions Assistant will support the admissions process, providing a smooth experience from inquiry to enrolment, and stakeholder relationship management.<\/li>\n<li>The position is responsible for providing highly effective data management, documentation, and general administration duties, assisting the team to enrol the target number of qualifying students into the school each year and delivering a seamless experience for parents and children.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Responsibilities<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Collaborate with the Communications and Marketing team to execute targeted marketing campaigns, participate in recruitment events, and build relationships with feeder schools\u2019 educational consultants and other external stakeholders.<\/li>\n<li>Assist in managing the admissions application process, including collecting and organizing application materials, tracking applicant status, and ensuring all necessary documentation is complete. Schedule and conduct family visits providing personalised tours, answering questions, and highlighting the unique aspects of the school<\/li>\n<li>Maintain accurate and up-to-date student information and admissions-related data in the school\u2019s management information system.<\/li>\n<li>Provide administrative support to the Admissions team, including managing calendars, scheduling appointments, preparing correspondence, and maintaining records.<\/li>\n<li>Respond to inquiries promptly and professionally and provide accurate and detailed information about the school\u2019s curriculum, admissions requirements, and application procedures.<\/li>\n<li>Coordinate and administer student testing and assessment procedures, including entrance exams, interviews, and language proficiency tests.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Qualifications and Experience<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Bachelor\u2019s Degree in Education, Business, Marketing or a related field<\/li>\n<li>1 &#8211; 2 years relevant work experience.<\/li>\n<li>Previous experience in admissions, student recruitment, customer service, or a related role is desirable.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Skills and Knowledge:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships with prospective parents, and educational consultants.<\/li>\n<li>Detail-oriented and highly organized, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize workload effectively.<\/li>\n<li>Proficient in using databases, management information systems, and Microsoft Office Suite.<\/li>\n<li>Knowledge of international education systems, admission requirements, and processes.<\/li>\n<li>Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to effectively convey information to diverse audiences.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>To Apply<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Interested and qualified candidates should:<br \/>\n<strong><a href=\"https:\/\/charterhouselagos.com\/career\/admissions_assistant\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Click here!<\/a><\/strong><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Charterhouse &#8211; We aim to create a British-style international school reflecting the heritage and culture of the great UK independent schools.
