We are recruiting to fill the position below:<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title:<\/strong>\u00a0<strong>Digital Marketing Officer<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>Location:\u00a0<\/strong>Ikeja, Lagos<br \/>\n<strong>Employment Type:<\/strong> Full-time<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Summary<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Responsible for the design and implementation of the digital strategy of the organization to increase brand value and awareness of the organization\u2019s products using technology and also handle creative material development; Visuals, Videos and Photography.<\/li>\n<li>Develops strong and innovative marketing programs and strategies to increase sales for the organization.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Roles and Responsibilities<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Support the development and execution of digital marketing communications strategies<\/li>\n<li>Identify relevant trends and co-opt into messaging<\/li>\n<li>Monitor key online metrics and track for success.<\/li>\n<li>Ensure brand consistency on all platforms<\/li>\n<li>Develops and implements strategies to promote the organization\u2019s products.<\/li>\n<li>Acts as brand ambassador to promote the organization\u2019s products both internally and externally through various digital channels.<\/li>\n<li>Identifies innovative strategies to attract customers and promote the organization\u2019s products using online marketing promotions.<\/li>\n<li>Analyses data to drive campaigns for the sales and marketing teams.<\/li>\n<li>Provides responses to customers to provide support and information on company products and services via all digital platforms.<\/li>\n<li>Assists with the development of marketing campaigns.<\/li>\n<li>Plan digital marketing campaigns such as SEO\/SEM, email, social media, in-app and display advertising<\/li>\n<li>Develop strategies to grow company social media presence<\/li>\n<li>Identify digital trends and derive insights to optimize spend.<\/li>\n<li>Measure and report the performance of all digital marketing initiatives.<\/li>\n<li>Strong analytical skills to assess customer experience across touchpoints and channels, derive insights and translate to business decision.<\/li>\n<li>Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to achieve campaign objectives<\/li>\n<li>Optimize all Berger channels (social media, web, email, and others)<\/li>\n<li>Content calendar development and management.<\/li>\n<li>Performs other tasks as assigned by the head of marketing.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Requirements<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>Education:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Bachelor\u2019s Degree in Social Science or any related course.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Experience:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>3 -5 years\u2019 experience as a digital marketing officer or in a similar role.
