SBC has recently entered into Home &amp; Personal Care category with the 2SURE brand and launched its first product, a Hand &amp; Surface Sanitizer. Seven Up boasts of nine bottling plants with state-of-the-art manufacturing facilities strategically located across various regions in the country. We are recruiting to fill the position below:<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title:\u00a0Maintenance Planner<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>Locations:\u00a0<\/strong>Ikeja &#8211; Lagos and Ibadan &#8211; Oyo<br \/>\n<strong>Employment Type:<\/strong> Full-time<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Summary<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>The Maintenance Planner is responsible for developing and executing the maintenance strategy relating to production lines, drives innovation and improvement of lines, manages people and resources to ensure uncompromised safety, availability and quality while minimizing the impact on the environment.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Responsibilities<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Establishes, monitors and reinforces control on maintenance strategy execution<\/li>\n<li>Actively participates in organization and scheduling of annual overhaul of production lines and facilities<\/li>\n<li>Improves efficiencies by increasing preventative maintenance across the plant and to minimize breakdowns and reduce mean time between failures.<\/li>\n<li>Ensures optimal spare parts and maintenance materials inventory management<\/li>\n<li>Schedules routine maintenance activities taking into consideration production program and monitors execution (using SAP where appropriate)<\/li>\n<li>Carries out root cause analysis on breakdowns<\/li>\n<li>Evaluates effectiveness of corrective actions using all available data<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Qualifications<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>A minimum of Bachelor of Engineering Degree (B.Eng.) or HND in Mechanical \/ Electrical Engineering.<\/li>\n<li>3 &#8211; 5 years relevant hands-on FMCG operation and maintenance experience.<\/li>\n<li>Experience in plant manufacturing operations, project planning &amp; implementation.<\/li>\n<li>Previous new equipment or line installation or extension could be an advantage.<\/li>\n<li>Understanding of business case\/cost benefits analysis preparation and basic financial analysis tools.<\/li>\n<li>Good understanding and experience of current WC manufacturing methodologies.<\/li>\n<li>Good understanding of HQSE modalities and codes.<\/li>\n<li>Good understanding of GMP and GHK (5S) standards.<\/li>\n<li>Experienced in budgeting and people management<\/li>\n<li>Knowledge of bottling operations: Planning, Manufacturing, Quality, Environment, Engineering, Health and Safety<\/li>\n<li>Operational planning expertise\/experience<\/li>\n<li>Must Possess CMRP CERTIFICATION or similar Engineering certification will be an added advantage.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>To Apply<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Interested and qualified candidates should:<br \/>\n<strong><a href=\"https:\/\/forms.gle\/3bk9kivS3WDFeZ5UA\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Click here!<\/a><\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Application Deadline: <\/strong>31st January, 2024.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Note:<\/strong>\u00a0Only qualified candidates will be contacted.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Seven-Up Bottling Company Limited is one of the largest manufacturing companies in Nigeria, producing and distributing some of the nation\u2019s most- loved beverages in the country like; Pepsi, 7Up, Mirinda,&#8230;..<\/p>\n","protected":false},"author":10165,"featured_media":0,"comment_status":"open","ping_status":"open","sticky":false,"template":"","format":"standard","meta":{"om_disable_all_campaigns":false,"jetpack_post_was_ever_published":false,"_jetpack_newsletter_access":"","_jetpack_newsletter_tier_id":0,"footnotes":"","jetpack_publicize_message":"","jetpack_is_tweetstorm":false,"jetpack_publicize_feature_enabled":true,"jetpack_social_post_already_shared":true,"jetpack_social_options":{"image_generator_settings":{"template":"highway","enabled":false}}},"categories":[2881],"tags":[],"jetpack_publicize_connections":[],"yoast_head":"<!-- This site is optimized with the Yoast SEO plugin v21.5 - https:\/\/yoast.com\/wordpress\/plugins\/seo\/ -->\n<title>Seven-Up Bottling Company Limited Current Available Job Opportunity- Apply Now!
