We are recruiting to fill the position below:<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title:\u00a0Health Service Manager<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>Locations:\u00a0<\/strong>Gbagada and Agege &#8211; Lagos<br \/>\n<strong>Employment Type:<\/strong> Full-time<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Responsibilities<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Tailor all activities towards achieving the overall targets assigned to the branch.<\/li>\n<li>Branch business development.<\/li>\n<li>Liaise and negotiate with medical and non-medical staff internally and with people in external organizations, e.g. Government bodies, HMOs, Media etc.<\/li>\n<li>Gather and analyze data and used it to plan and manage both health projects and systems.<\/li>\n<li>Focus on activities that will ensure quality service and value for money for patients.<\/li>\n<li>Set Branch budgets and maintain finances within tight constraints.<\/li>\n<li>Plan and implement strategic changes to improve service delivery.<\/li>\n<li>Manage information and financial data to analyze and measure Branch performance.<\/li>\n<li>Sit on committees and represent the views of Branch departments and teams.<\/li>\n<li>Support ICT systems and plan new provision and development for major Branch projects.<\/li>\n<li>Conduct customer satisfaction surveys and analyze customer surveys.<\/li>\n<li>Facility Management Oversight.<\/li>\n<li>Develop and promote Branch marketing activities.<\/li>\n<li>Develop creative services and innovative ideas to boost sales and meet assigned branch targets.<\/li>\n<li>Oversight on the day-to-day management of the hospital.<\/li>\n<li>Oversight and audit of all activities geared towards increasing revenue.<\/li>\n<li>Oversight and audit of HMO activities especially billing preparation and posting.<\/li>\n<li>Proper bookkeeping of all imprest allocated.<\/li>\n<li>Have oversight of clinical, professional, clerical and administrative staff of the Branch.<\/li>\n<li>Contribute to the recruitment, selection, appraisal and development of Branch staff.<\/li>\n<li>Implement new policies and directives as directed by Senior Management.<\/li>\n<li>Attend top management meetings, write reports and deliver presentations to a variety of audiences.<\/li>\n<li>Timely submission of all daily, weekly and monthly reports to the Management.<\/li>\n<li>Oversight of all branch social media platforms.<\/li>\n<li>Support the Medical Superintendent on clinical governance and audit.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Requirements<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Must be sharp, self-motivated, ambitious, creative and target oriented.<\/li>\n<li>Must be computer literate with prior experience using hospital management software.<\/li>\n<li>Must have excellent communications and interpersonal skills.<\/li>\n<li>Must be pleasant looking and amiable.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Salary<\/strong><br \/>\nN220,000 \/ month.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>To Apply<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Interested and qualified candidates should send their CV to:\u00a0<a href=\"mailto:outreachmedicalservice@gmail.com\"><strong>outreachmedicalservice@gmail.com<\/strong><\/a>\u00a0using the Job Title as the subject of the mail.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Application Deadline: <\/strong>28th December, 2023.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Outreach Medical Services is a group of hospitals offering affordable care to women and children across Nigeria.
