We are recruiting to fill the position below:<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title:\u00a0Warehouse \/ Inventory Manager<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>Location:\u00a0<\/strong>Iba &#8211; Ojo, Lagos<br \/>\n<strong>Employment Type:<\/strong> Full-time<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Description<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Overseeing the efficient operations of the warehouse and ensuring that products are stored, organized, and logistic effectively.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Key Resposibilities<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Financial:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Quality Control:Ensure products meet quality standards, conduct regular checks for damaged or expired goods, and manage returns or exchanges as needed.<\/li>\n<li>Quality Focus:Prioritize product quality and ensure that only suitable items are stored and distributed.<\/li>\n<li>Analytical Skills:Analyze inventory data, sales trends, and supply chain metrics to optimize stock levels and replenishment strategies.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Operation:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Inventory Management: Oversee inventory levels, track stock movement, and implement processes to maintain optimal stock levels while minimizing excess inventory.<\/li>\n<li>Logistics Coordination: Coordinate the receipt, storage, and distribution of goods, ensuring timely and accurate deliveries to the retail store.<\/li>\n<li>Data Management: Use software systems to track inventory, monitor stock levels, and generate reports on warehouse operations.<\/li>\n<li>Process Improvement: Continuously evaluate warehouse processes and suggest improvements to enhance efficiency, accuracy, and cost-effectiveness.<\/li>\n<li>Problem-Solving: Address issues related to inventory discrepancies, damaged goods, and operational challenges.<\/li>\n<li>Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with warehouse management software and equipment operation.<\/li>\n<li>Warehouse Organization: Implement efficient warehouse layout and storage systems to maximize space utilization and accessibility.<\/li>\n<li>Equipment Maintenance: Maintain and oversee the proper functioning of warehouse equipment, such as forklifts and pallet jacks.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>People:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Team Management: Supervise warehouse staff, assign tasks, provide training, and maintain a safe and productive work environment.<\/li>\n<li>Team Leadership &#8211; Provide leadership and guidance to the staffs. Set performance expectations, delegate tasks, and motivate employees to achieve individual and team goals. Foster a positive work environment and encourage teamwork and collaboration.<\/li>\n<li>Staff Development and Training-Identify training and development needs for the staffs. Provide coaching, mentorship, and training programs to enhance their skills and knowledge.
