We are recruiting to fill the position below:<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title: Senior Maintenance Engineer<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>Location: <\/strong>Abuja (FCT)<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Summary<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>We are seeking for a skilled, reliable, efficient maintenance engineer to join our organization. In this position, you will oversee the continuous running of equipment and machinery.<\/li>\n<li>You will use computerised systems to oversee routine maintenance and organise repairs based on client requirement and industry standard that meet high quality standards. This role requires a strong organizational, leadership &amp; communication skills.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Job Description<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Design maintenance strategies, procedures and methods<\/li>\n<li>Diagnose breakdown problem, carry out routine scheduled maintenance work and respond to equipment faults<\/li>\n<li>Oversee fitting of new parts and ensure all equipment are working correctly<\/li>\n<li>Carry out quality inspections on maintenance projects<\/li>\n<li>Liaise with client departments, customers and other in regards maintenance work<\/li>\n<li>Arrange specialist procurement of fixtures, fittings or components<\/li>\n<li>Manage maintenance tools, store and equipment<\/li>\n<li>Monitor and control maintenance costs<\/li>\n<li>Manage emergencies, unplanned maintenance problems and repairs<\/li>\n<li>Improve health and safety policies and procedures<\/li>\n<li>Write maintenance strategies to help with installation and commissioning guidelines based on client requirement and industry standard.<\/li>\n<li>Collect details of work from Clients and prepare technical specifications of systems.<\/li>\n<li>Ensure effective interpretation of client\u2019s requirements and ideas<\/li>\n<li>Coordinate all technical issues within and around Projects<\/li>\n<li>Read design specifications and technical drawings prepared by other contractors<\/li>\n<li>Represent the company on all meetings and requests by the client<\/li>\n<li>Manage and maintain client relationships and communicate with clients to explain<\/li>\n<li>Proposals, present research findings, establish specifications or discuss project status.<\/li>\n<li>Provide analytical and problem solving support, employing engineering skillsin support of business and quality improvement processes.<\/li>\n<li>Advise and assist in obtaining patents or meeting other legal requirements.<\/li>\n<li>Maintain an awareness of trends, knowledge of the market and may also conduct research\/market intelligence in the field of expertise.<\/li>\n<li>Develop strategic maintenance plan for projects<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Requirements<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>BSc, BTech \/ HND or M.Sc.
