We are recruiting to fill the position below:<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title: Creative Designer<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>Location:<\/strong>\u00a0Lagos, Nigeria<br \/>\n<strong>Job Type:<\/strong> Full time<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Purpose and Objectives<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>To create and manage the creation of engaging and impactful visual\/audiovisual concepts according to requirements that capture and promote the company\u2019s vision.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Key Responsibilities<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Understand project requirements and concepts.<\/li>\n<li>Use various techniques to create drafts, models and prototypes.<\/li>\n<li>Produce final design solutions (such as logos, key visuals, interfaces, videos, social media assets, product packaging etc.).<\/li>\n<li>Pitch creative ideas, when necessary.<\/li>\n<li>Work independently\/interdependently with other internal\/external stakeholders in proposing creative strategies where necessary.<\/li>\n<li>Collaborate with brand managers to launch projects.<\/li>\n<li>Collaborate with the Digital Specialist to create special holidays adverts, and other social media content as necessary.<\/li>\n<li>Use feedback from brand team to improve on design task.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Job Requirements<\/strong><br \/>\nEducation:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>B.Sc \/ BA from a reputable institution.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Experience:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>At least 8 years of experience as a Creative designer<\/li>\n<li>Experience with design software and graphics editing tools (e.g. Photoshop, illustrator, Adobe After effects, Adobe premiere pro, Adobe Dimension, Adobe Animate, Adobe InDesign, Adobe XD), minimal 3D Software ability will be an advantage.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Knowledge &amp; skills:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Familiarity with design techniques<\/li>\n<li>Understanding of visual elements (layout, type and fonts)<\/li>\n<li>Knowledge of video and sound editing<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Personal Attributes:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Teamwork skills<\/li>\n<li>A keen eye for detail<\/li>\n<li>Time management and multitasking abilities<\/li>\n<li>Creativity skills and problem-solving aptitude.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>To Apply<\/strong><br \/>\nInterested and qualified candidates should:<br \/>\n<strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.linkedin.com\/jobs\/view\/3825506576\/?utm_source=Hotnigerianjobs\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Click here to apply online<\/a><\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Application Deadline: <\/strong>Not Specified.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Promasidor &#8211; We are an African company proud of our heritage and totally committed to the continent.
