We are recruiting to fill the position below:<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title:\u00a0Front Desk and Admin Officer<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>Location:<\/strong>\u00a0Ikota Complex &#8211; VGC Lekki, Lagos<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Roles\/ Responsibilities<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Greet Visitors and clients in a Professional \u00a0and friendly manner.<\/li>\n<li>Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, including visitor logs and contact lists.<\/li>\n<li>Answer\u00a0 phone calls and direct them to the appropriate person or\u00a0 department.<\/li>\n<li>Assist with basic administrative tasks such as filing\u00a0 and document preparation.<\/li>\n<li>Schedule appointments and coordinate meetings.<\/li>\n<li>Provide assistance and information to visitors , clients and staff as needed.<\/li>\n<li>Address inquiries and resolve issues promptly and courteously.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Qualification and Experience<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>HND \/ B.Sc in Business Admin or any Social Science.<\/li>\n<li>Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.<\/li>\n<li>Should be a female.<\/li>\n<li>Proven experience in a similar role.<\/li>\n<li>Should stay in close proximity to the Ikota complex.
