We are recruiting to fill the position below:<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title: Architecture Specialist<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>Location:\u00a0<\/strong>Lagos<br \/>\n<strong>Job Type:<\/strong> Full Time<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Description<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>As an Interior Architect at Schemes Interior Limited, you will play a pivotal role in our mission to create innovative and visually stunning furniture designs.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Your responsibilities will include but not limited to:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Furniture Design: Collaborate with our design team to conceptualize and create original furniture designs that are functional, aesthetically pleasing, and aligned with the latest industry trends.<\/li>\n<li>3D Visualization: Utilize your exceptional 3D visualization skills to transform furniture designs into photorealistic renderings and visualizations, allowing clients to envision the final products in a real-world context.<\/li>\n<li>Precision Modeling: Employ quad modeling techniques to produce highly detailed and accurate 3D models of furniture pieces, ensuring precision in every aspect of the design.<\/li>\n<li>Software Proficiency: Demonstrate your proficiency in seamlessly working with various 3D software tools, facilitating the smooth transfer of designs across platforms.<\/li>\n<li>AutoCAD Drafting: Utilize AutoCAD to create precise technical drawings and plans, enabling effective communication of design specifications to production teams.<\/li>\n<li>Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including designers, engineers, and project managers, to bring furniture designs from concept to reality, ensuring design integrity throughout the production process.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Qualifications<\/strong><br \/>\nTo be successful in this role, you should possess:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>A Degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.<\/li>\n<li>Proven experience in furniture design, with a strong portfolio showcasing your work.<\/li>\n<li>Exceptional 3D visualization skills and proficiency in 3D modeling software.<\/li>\n<li>Expertise in quad modeling techniques for precise and detailed modeling.<\/li>\n<li>Proficiency in AutoCAD for drafting technical drawings.<\/li>\n<li>Strong communication and collaboration skills.<\/li>\n<li>Attention to detail and a passion for innovative design.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>To Apply<\/strong><br \/>\nInterested and qualified candidates should send their Resumes and Portfolios to:\u00a0<strong><a href=\"mailto:careers@schemesint.com\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">careers@schemesint.com<\/a><\/strong>\u00a0using the Job Title as the subject of the mail.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Application Deadline: <\/strong>Not Specified.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Schemes Interior is an award-winning design studio and furniture manufacturer for both residential and commercial spaces, providing unique accessories, design services, and high end custom furniture.
