We are recruiting to fill the position below:<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title:\u00a0Site Supervisor<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>Location:\u00a0<\/strong>Lagos<br \/>\n<strong>Employment Type:<\/strong> Full-time<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Responsibilities<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Oversee and coordinate construction activities, ensuring adherence to project plans and specifications.<\/li>\n<li>Manage on-site construction workers and subcontractors, allocating tasks and responsibilities.<\/li>\n<li>Maintain accurate records of daily activities, prepare progress reports, and address construction issues promptly.<\/li>\n<li>Monitor project expenses, stay within budget constraints, and identify cost-saving opportunities.<\/li>\n<li>Foster regular communication with stakeholders, addressing concerns from project managers, clients, and contractors.<\/li>\n<li>Ensure regulatory compliance with building codes, regulations, and permits.<\/li>\n<li>Implement and monitor environmental management practices.<\/li>\n<li>Enforce quality control measures and conduct regular inspections to maintain compliance with standards.<\/li>\n<li>Implement and enforce safety protocols, conduct safety briefings, and ensure a secure working environment.<\/li>\n<li>Coordinate the delivery of materials and equipment, optimizing resource usage.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Requirements<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Bachelor&#8217;s Degree in Architecture \/ Engineering or equivalent experience.<\/li>\n<li>Previous experience in a supervisory or management role within the construction industry.<\/li>\n<li>Strong understanding of construction processes, project management, and local building codes.<\/li>\n<li>Proactive problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt to changing project requirements.<\/li>\n<li>Organizational skills for efficient project coordination and documentation.<\/li>\n<li>Knowledge of project budgeting, cost control, and the ability to identify cost-saving measures.<\/li>\n<li>Familiarity with regulatory compliance and the ability to obtain necessary permits.<\/li>\n<li>Environmental awareness with a focus on implementing and monitoring environmental management practices.<\/li>\n<li>Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and allocate tasks.<\/li>\n<li>Effective communication skills for stakeholder engagement and conflict resolution.<\/li>\n<li>Commitment to enforcing and promoting safety protocols on construction sites.<\/li>\n<li>If you possess these qualifications and are ready to contribute to the success of construction projects, we invite you to apply for the Site Supervisor position.
