We are recruiting to fill the position below:<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title:\u00a0Electrical Engineer &#8211; Construction<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>Locations:\u00a0<\/strong>Ikot Abasi &#8211; Akwa Ibom and Lagos<br \/>\n<strong>Employment Type:<\/strong> Full-time<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Description<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Senior Engineer or Engineer Electrical Substations who shall be capable of Planning, Survey, Construction, Erection, Installation, EHS, Quality, Testing &amp; Commissioning of Electrical and other Equipment.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Responsibilities<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Supervise and Review of Contour Survey<\/li>\n<li>Supervise and Review of Soil Investigation Report, ERT Report<\/li>\n<li>Preparation of L3 Schedule in XL sheet or MS Project<\/li>\n<li>Erection, Installation, Testing &amp; Commissioning of 330kV, 132kV GIS Substations, 132kV EHV Cabling,<\/li>\n<li>330\/132kV, 315 MVA Power Transformers, CRP &amp; SAS etc.<\/li>\n<li>Prepare and Maintain the EHS standards at site<\/li>\n<li>Prepare and Implement Field Quality Plan (FQP) at site<\/li>\n<li>Getting hand corrected drawings at site for As Built Drawings Preparation<\/li>\n<li>Timely review of the drawings developed by the draftsman<\/li>\n<li>Ensure compliance to Specification Requirements<\/li>\n<li>Review of Vendor Offers and Documents<\/li>\n<li>Establishment of Site Office and other site mobilisation<\/li>\n<li>Coordination with Engineering Team for Timely delivery of Drawings at Site<\/li>\n<li>Subcontractor Finalisation<\/li>\n<li>Coordination with Logistics Teams and Warehouse Teams for Delivery and Storage of items<\/li>\n<li>Construction related to 330kV, 132kV GIS Substations, 132kV EHV Cabling, 330\/132kV, 315 MVA Power<\/li>\n<li>Transformers, CRP &amp; SAS etc.<\/li>\n<li>Prepare and Review the Erection and Installation Procedures of Electrical Systems<\/li>\n<li>Prepare and Review the Testing and Commissioning Procedures of Electrical Systems.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Requirements<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Should have a Degree or Diploma in Electrical &amp; Electronics Engineering<\/li>\n<li>Should have 10-12 years of relevant experience for Degree Engineers<\/li>\n<li>Should have 12-15 years of relevant experience for Diploma Engineers<\/li>\n<li>Should be able to lead people size of 2-3 engineers.<\/li>\n<li>Should have an excellent Communication Skills.<\/li>\n<li>Should be able to do Planning, Survey, Construction, Erection, Installation, EHS, Quality, Testing &amp; Commissioning of Electrical and other Equipment related to 330kV and 132kV GIS Substations, 132kV EHV Cabling<\/li>\n<li>Should be an Excellent Team Player<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Method of Application<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Interested and qualified candidates should send their CV to:\u00a0<strong><a href=\"mailto:careers@energy-mgt.com\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">careers@energy-mgt.com<\/a><\/strong>\u00a0using &#8220;Engineer Electrical&#8221; as the subject of the mail<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Sterling Oil Exploration &amp; Energy Production Company Ltd.
