We are recruiting to fill the position below:<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title: Human Resource Manager<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>Location:\u00a0<\/strong>Ibadan, Oyo<br \/>\n<strong>Employment Type<\/strong>: Full-time<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Overview<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>We are seeking an experienced Human Resource Manager to oversee all aspects of our human resources operations.<\/li>\n<li>The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with excellent interpersonal skills and a thorough understanding of HR best practices.<\/li>\n<li>The Human Resource Manager will play a key role in attracting, developing, and retaining top talent while ensuring compliance with relevant labor laws and regulations.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Responsibilities<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business objectives.<\/li>\n<li>Manage the recruitment and onboarding process, including job postings, candidate screening, interviewing, and selection.<\/li>\n<li>Oversee employee performance management systems, including goal setting, performance reviews, and career development planning.<\/li>\n<li>Administer compensation and benefits programs, ensuring competitiveness and compliance with applicable laws and regulations.<\/li>\n<li>Coordinate employee training and development programs to enhance skills and foster career growth.<\/li>\n<li>Handle employee relations issues, including conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and grievances, in accordance with company policies and procedures.<\/li>\n<li>Maintain HR records and ensure data accuracy and confidentiality.<\/li>\n<li>Stay abreast of changes in labor laws and regulations and ensure compliance in all HR practices.<\/li>\n<li>Collaborate with senior management to develop and implement HR policies and procedures that promote a positive work environment and support the company&#8217;s mission and values.<\/li>\n<li>Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on HR-related matters.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Requirements<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Bachelor&#8217;s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field<\/li>\n<li>Proven experience as an HR Manager or similar role, with a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience.<\/li>\n<li>Strong knowledge of HR principles, practices, and regulations.<\/li>\n<li>Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and effectively communicate with employees at all levels of the organization.<\/li>\n<li>Demonstrated leadership abilities with a strategic mindset and problem-solving skills.<\/li>\n<li>Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.<\/li>\n<li>Proficiency in HRIS software and MS Office suite.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Salary<\/strong><br \/>\nN100,000 &#8211; N120,000 Monthly.<\/p>\n<p><strong>To Apply<\/strong><br \/>\nInterested and qualified candidates should send their Applications to:\u00a0<strong><a href=\"mailto:hr.omegapathway@gmail.com\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">hr.omegapathway@gmail.com<\/a><\/strong>\u00a0using the Job Title as the subject of the email.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Application Deadline: <\/strong>29th March, 2024.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Omega Pathway Innovative Limited is a dynamic business hub that excels in providing a diverse range of services.
