We are recruiting to fill the position below:<br \/>\n&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title: Programs Manager<br \/>\nLocation:<\/strong>\u00a0Ibadan, Oyo<br \/>\n<strong>Employment Type<\/strong>: Full-time<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Description<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>We seek the services of a suitably qualified Programs Manager to support the execution of our different projects and contribute to overall organizational growth.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Responsibilities<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Perform administrative tasks including scheduling meetings, document preparation and proofreading, partner relationships, and event planning.<\/li>\n<li>Engage in the implementation of organizational projects and programs, ensuring quality and timely delivery.<\/li>\n<li>Conduct periodic monitoring and evaluation to assess performance and ensure the quality, efficiency, and effectiveness of organizational programs.<\/li>\n<li>Contribute to the development of grant applications and implementation of fundraising and development strategies.<\/li>\n<li>Ensure that project milestones are met within budgets<\/li>\n<li>Use appropriate digital tools to organize information, facilitate communications, and measure performance.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Requirements<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>A Bachelor&#8217;s Degree in Social Sciences or Management Sciences<\/li>\n<li>At least 2 years of experience in a non-profit program management role<\/li>\n<li>Excellent interpersonal and communication skills<\/li>\n<li>Sound judgment and ability to multitask<\/li>\n<li>Excellent knowledge of governance and socio-economic issues<\/li>\n<li>Good computer skills.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>To Apply<\/strong><br \/>\nInterested and qualified candidates should send their CV to:\u00a0<a href=\"mailto:info@ominirainitiative.org\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><strong>info@ominirainitiative.org<\/strong><\/a>\u00a0using the Job Title as the subject of the mail.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Application Deadline: <\/strong>Not Specified.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Ominira Initiative for Economic Advancement is an independent non-profit think tank with a mission to research and advance solutions to Africa\u2019s socioeconomic issues.
