implement a content marketing strategy that drives engagement, grows our owned and paid channels and builds the profile of the brand through content.<\/li>\n<li>You will work alongside teams focused on digital, growth, product development, brand marketing, and customer experience, so you must enjoy working collaboratively.<\/li>\n<li>The ideal candidate should possess a blend of creative flair, strategic thinking, stakeholder management and excellent communication skills.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Key Responsibilities<\/strong><br \/>\nBrand Development:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Develop and maintain a strong brand identity that aligns with the company&#8217;s vision and values.<\/li>\n<li>Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent brand messaging across all channels (Social Media, CRM, Website, and Traditional &amp; Digital Media)<\/li>\n<li>Conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Content Strategy:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Create and implement a comprehensive content strategy that supports overall business objectives.<\/li>\n<li>Supports the development of engaging and high-quality content for various platforms, including websites, social media, CRM, traditional and digital marketing materials.<\/li>\n<li>Ensure content is tailored to target audiences and adheres to brand guidelines.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Communication:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Craft compelling and clear communication messages for internal and external stakeholders.<\/li>\n<li>Collaborate with the marketing team to develop effective communication plans for product launches, events, and campaigns.<\/li>\n<li>Monitor and analyze the performance of communication strategies and make data-driven improvements.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Digital Presence:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Manage the social media team to enhance the company&#8217;s digital presence through social media, blogs, and other online channels.<\/li>\n<li>Stay updated on digital marketing trends and incorporate innovative strategies to increase brand visibility.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>PR and Stakeholder Management:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>You will develop relationships with relevant media outlets and pitch stories to gain positive press coverage.<\/li>\n<li>Ability to manage crisis and stakeholders.<\/li>\n<li>You will organize and participate in industry networking events; to connect with regulators, potential customers &amp; partners.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Collaboration:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Work closely with design, CRM, growth and marketing team to ensure a cohesive and unified brand presence.<\/li>\n<li>Collaborate with external agencies and partners to execute specific brand and content initiatives<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Educational Qualifications<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Bachelor&#8217;s Degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Experience:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>5 years experience in content marketing with a fintech company, minimum of 3 years in a leadership role.<\/li>\n<li>Demonstrated experience in building a content marketing strategy that impacts business results.<\/li>\n<li>Excellent written skills with the ability to present at the board level and inspire a team.<\/li>\n<li>Broad experience across content marketing channels and a thirst to continue testing and learning.<\/li>\n<li>Strong portfolio showcasing successful brand, content initiatives and PR campaigns.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Skills:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.<\/li>\n<li>Proficient in content creation tools, social media platforms, and analytics.<\/li>\n<li>Strategic thinking with the ability to translate business goals into effective brand and communication strategies.<\/li>\n<li>Ability to collaborate effectively in a cross-functional team environment.<\/li>\n<li>Excellent project management skills with the ability to meet deadlines.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Benefits<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Private Health Insurance<\/li>\n<li>Pension Plan<\/li>\n<li>Training &amp;
