We are recruiting to fill the position below:<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title: Account Officer<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>Location:\u00a0<\/strong>Ajase-Ipo, Offa &#8211; Kwara<br \/>\n<strong>Employment Type<\/strong>: Full-time<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Description<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>To assist in achieving departmental objectives and corporate goal of the organization by performing the following functions:<\/li>\n<li>Responsible for direct bank relationship management, maintain database of bank account details and facilitate documentation requirements.<\/li>\n<li>Prepares cash positions daily. Prepares and reviews periodic cash forecasts and allocate cash to be transferred at the beginning of each period to cover operational needs.<\/li>\n<li>Analyzes bank fees as related to cash and investments and make necessary recommendations to control costs. o Manage the company petty cash and ensure that they are properly accounted for appropriately.<\/li>\n<li>Post and Process journal entries to ensure all business transactions are recorded. o Update accounts receivables and issue invoices.<\/li>\n<li>Preparation of payable schedule and reconciliation of supplier\u2019s sub-ledger to Trade Payable subledger.<\/li>\n<li>Assist in the processing of balance sheets, income statements and other financial statements according to legal and company accounting and financial guidelines.<\/li>\n<li>Assist with reviewing of expenses and other records as assigned.<\/li>\n<li>Handling queries relating to accounts.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Educational Qualifications \/ Experience<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Minimum of HND in Accounting, Finance, Economics or related fields.<\/li>\n<li>0 &#8211; 2 years experience in finance (experience in poultry industry will be advantageous).<\/li>\n<li>Professional Qualification (or Student Membership) will be an added advantage.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Functional Competencies \/ Requirements:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Domain knowledge in accounting, finance and economics of livestock industry and business.<\/li>\n<li>Proficiency in modern accounting and finance productivity tools and software such as Quickbooks.<\/li>\n<li>Good Analytics and Presentation skills.<\/li>\n<li>Accurate financial information management and reporting.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Salary<\/strong><br \/>\nN75,000 &#8211; N100,000 \/ Month.<\/p>\n<p><strong>To Apply<\/strong><br \/>\nInterested and qualified candidates should forward their CV to:\u00a0<strong><a href=\"mailto:careers@daynteefarms.com\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">careers@daynteefarms.com<\/a><\/strong>\u00a0using the Job Title as the subject of the email.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Application Deadline: <\/strong>26th March, 2024.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Dayntee Farms was incorporated with the aim of producing high quality poultry products and services to meet the nation\u2019s growing demand.
