We are recruiting to fill the position below:<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title: Warehouse Manager<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>Location:\u00a0<\/strong>Ikeja, Lagos<br \/>\n<strong>Employment Type<\/strong>: Full-time<\/p>\n<p><strong>Duties<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Oversee all warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, and stocking products.<\/li>\n<li>Develop and implement warehouse policies and procedures to ensure optimal warehouse efficiency.<\/li>\n<li>Develop and implement strategic plans to optimize warehouse operations and meet company goals and objectives.<\/li>\n<li>Establish and enforce warehouse policies, procedures, and best practices to ensure compliance with company standards and industry regulations.<\/li>\n<li>Manage inventory levels to meet customer demand while minimizing excess inventory and stockouts.<\/li>\n<li>Supervise warehouse staff, including training, and performance management.<\/li>\n<li>Maintain a safe and clean work environment in accordance with company standards and regulations.<\/li>\n<li>Implement and maintain quality control measures to ensure accuracy and integrity of inventory.<\/li>\n<li>Collaborate with other departments, to coordinate warehouse activities and fulfill customer orders on time.<\/li>\n<li>Utilize warehouse management systems (WMS) and other technology tools to track inventory levels and other key metrics.<\/li>\n<li>Analyze warehouse data and performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions.<\/li>\n<li>Prepare regular reports on warehouse operations, including inventory levels, order fulfillment rates, and shipping accuracy.<\/li>\n<li>Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including logistics, supply chain, sales, and finance, to streamline processes and improve overall efficiency.<\/li>\n<li>Evaluate warehouse performance metrics and key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions.<\/li>\n<li>Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices in warehouse management and implement innovative solutions to enhance operations.<\/li>\n<li>Responsible to ensure there\u2019s adequate, unexpired inventory of misc. supplies to meet production requirements (raw materials, packaging materials and supplies)<\/li>\n<li>Ensure materials\/product received in accordance with company-related policies and procedures.<\/li>\n<li>Additional duties as department needs necessitate.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Requirements<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Candidates should possess HND \/ B.Sc Degrees with 3 &#8211; 5 years relevant work experience.<\/li>\n<li>Exceptional time management and organizational skills with a proven ability to problem-solve.<\/li>\n<li>Adaptability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with the flexibility to handle frequent changes.<\/li>\n<li>Ability to read, comprehend, and practice necessary safety procedures and signs.<\/li>\n<li>Knowledge of quality auditing, food safety, and food quality standards.<\/li>\n<li>Proficiency in data entry reporting and processing skills.<\/li>\n<li>Experience in the beverage, food, and bakery environment desired.<\/li>\n<li>Capability to stand and\/or stoop for the full shift.<\/li>\n<li>Flexibility to work holidays and weekends as required.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>To Apply<\/strong><br \/>\nInterested and qualified candidates should send their CV to:\u00a0<a href=\"mailto:khenpro.hr@gmail.com\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><strong>khenpro.hr@gmail.com<\/strong><\/a>\u00a0using the Job Title as the subject of the mail.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Application Deadline: <\/strong>10th April, 2024.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Khenpro Global Services is a recruitment organization saddled with the responsibility of providing qualified individuals in various categories of employment to every organization.
