We are recruiting to fill the position below:<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title:\u00a0Inventory &amp; Warehouse Manager<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>Location:<\/strong>\u00a0Lagos<br \/>\n<strong>Employment Type:<\/strong> Full-time<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Description<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Would you like to be part of a value driven, commercially oriented international environment where we enable global trade every day?<\/li>\n<li>As the Inventory &amp; Warehouse Manager you will drive global Warehouse execution standards at local terminal level, using in-house standard tools, processes, and improvement initiatives to optimize total cost of ownership (TCO) throughout the lifecycle of maintained equipment.<\/li>\n<li>Drive spare parts availability and overstocking\/ understocking risk mitigations by balancing the demand-supply equation.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Key Responsibilities<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Top Accountabilities:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Health, Safety and Environment: ensure that business activities and individuals, both within immediate area of responsibility and wholistically, adhere to HS&amp;E policies, procedures, and mandatory instructions; to safeguard the environment, protect the wellbeing of individuals and minimise business risk.<\/li>\n<li>Leadership and Direction: Communicate and drive APMT Asset Maintenance Inventory and Warehousing strategy execution, and its relationship to APMT mission, vision, and values.<\/li>\n<li>Stakeholder Engagement: Manage stakeholders, finding out their needs\/ issues\/ concerns and reacting accordingly, to support the communication of business information and decisions.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Tasks and Responsibilities<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Warehousing execution:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Incoming goods arrivals<\/li>\n<li>Parts issuance to work tasks, assembly, or repair<\/li>\n<li>Intercompany buying and selling<\/li>\n<li>Fuel<\/li>\n<li>Preservation and tool management<\/li>\n<li>Stock control accuracy<\/li>\n<li>Scrapping, obsolescence<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Inventory levels optimization towards risk mitigation:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Manage demand signals and purchase requisition.<\/li>\n<li>Facilitate categorization and drive inventory strategy<\/li>\n<li>Review and set inventory levels through reorder points<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Overall Impact:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Deliver objectives within operational targets and standards<\/li>\n<li>Lead the team to develop and achieve mission\/vision\/values<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Who We Are Looking For<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Degree, preferably Masters, in Engineering, Supply Chain or other similar related discipline is preferred<\/li>\n<li>Stakeholder Management Skills<\/li>\n<li>Directs Work: Provides direction, delegating, and removing obstacles to get work done.<\/li>\n<li>Good communication &amp; interpersonal skills Builds Networks.<\/li>\n<li>5+ years in similar role, and MRO industry<\/li>\n<li>Ability to Optimize Work Processes:<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>To Apply<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Interested and qualified candidates should:<br \/>\n<a href=\"https:\/\/www.maersk.com\/careers\/vacancies\/wd\/Inventory---Warehouse-Manager_R95731-1\/jt-inventory-warehouse-manager\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><strong>Click here!<\/strong><\/a><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>APM Terminals is the global terminal operating arm of the A.P.
