We are recruiting to fill the position below:<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title:\u00a0Sales Graduate Trainee<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>Location:<\/strong>\u00a0Lagos<br \/>\n<strong>Employment Type:<\/strong> Full-time<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Outline<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>To learn and understand the practices of the Mantrac Sales business (Power Systems, Machines and Product Support Sales)<\/li>\n<li>To participate in a 3-month training program incorporating classroom-based technical training and &#8220;on-the-job&#8221; training.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Main Duties and Responsibilities<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Upon completion of this program, the trainee will be able to accomplish the following:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Arrange visits to existing and prospective customers to ensure maximum coverage of the territory.<\/li>\n<li>Maintain good corporate reputation and effective communication between our clients\/customers and MNL Management.<\/li>\n<li>Obtain orders that meet or exceed agreed targets and negotiate equipment sales into high valued projects.<\/li>\n<li>Ensure that full payments are received for all units sold while all necessary sales documents are adequately prepared.<\/li>\n<li>Obtain and communicate information relating to the market and competition as appropriate.<\/li>\n<li>Aggressively promote the company&#8217;s products within the catchment area and win more prospects therefrom.<\/li>\n<li>Provide product related technical assistance and advice to customers and prospects.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Person Specification<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Degree in Mechanical \/ Electrical Engineering or equivalent qualification.<\/li>\n<li>Must have completed NYSC program.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>To Apply<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Interested and qualified candidates should send their CV to:\u00a0<a href=\"mailto:recruitment@mantracnigeria.com\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><strong>recruitment@mantracnigeria.com<\/strong><\/a>\u00a0using the Job Title as the subject of the mail<\/p>\n<p><strong>Application Deadline: <\/strong>15th April, 2024.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Mantrac is the sole distributor for Caterpillar products in Nigeria, distributing and supporting machinery, power systems and material-handling equipment.
