We are recruiting to fill the position below:<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title:\u00a0Operations Manager<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>Location:\u00a0<\/strong>Lagos<br \/>\n<strong>Job Type:<\/strong> Full Time<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Description<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Responsible for overseeing the production, and maintenance of solar energy systems and components.<\/li>\n<li>He will ensures that the plant meets the quality, safety, and environmental standards and regulations.<\/li>\n<li>He will also manage the plant staff, budget, and resources, and coordinate with other departments and stakeholders. Duties and Responsibilities<\/li>\n<li>Plan, organize, direct, and run the day-to-day operations of the solar assembly plant to meet the customers\u2019 expectations and the company\u2019s goals.<\/li>\n<li>Purchase or rent the equipment and materials needed for solar energy system installation and maintenance and monitor their inventory and usage.<\/li>\n<li>\u00a0Coordinate and oversee the installation of photovoltaic (PV) solar and solar thermal systems at various sites and ensure their conformance to codes and specifications. \u2022<\/li>\n<li>\u00a0Perform regular inspections and audits of the solar energy systems and components and troubleshoot and resolve any issues or defects.<\/li>\n<li>\u00a0Attract, ssupervise and train the solar assembly plant staff, including solar installers, technicians, engineers, and subcontractors, and ensure their compliance with safety and quality standards.<\/li>\n<li>\u00a0Analyse and report the plant performance and productivity metrics and identify and implement improvement opportunities.<\/li>\n<li>\u00a0Stay updated with the latest trends and technologies in the solar energy industry, and research and evaluate new methods and equipment.<\/li>\n<li>Establish and maintain effective relationships with the customers, suppliers, vendors, and other internal and external stakeholders.<\/li>\n<li>Implement and monitor the preventive and corrective maintenance programs for the solar energy systems and components and ensure their optimal performance and efficiency.<\/li>\n<li>Develop and implement the plant policies and procedures and ensure their alignment with the company\u2019s strategic initiatives and vision.<\/li>\n<li>Prepare and manage the plant budget and expenses and optimize the production costs and asset utilization.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Qualifications and Skills\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Bachelor\u2019s Degree in Engineering, Business Management, or related field.<\/li>\n<li>Minimum of 8 years of experience in solar energy system production, installation, or maintenance, preferably in a managerial or supervisory role.<\/li>\n<li>Knowledge of the solar energy industry standards, codes, and regulations.<\/li>\n<li>Knowledge of the solar energy system design, installation, and maintenance principles and practices.<\/li>\n<li>Ability to analyse and solve complex problems and make sound decisions.<\/li>\n<li>Ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing, with various audiences and stakeholders.<\/li>\n<li>Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines and targets.<\/li>\n<li>Ability to adapt to changing situations and environments.<\/li>\n<li>Ability to work independently and as part of a team.<\/li>\n<li>Attention to detail and quality orientation.<\/li>\n<li>Creativity and innovation skills.<\/li>\n<li>Knowledge of the plant management and operation principles and practices, including budgeting, resource allocation, and human resources.<\/li>\n<li>Proficiency in the use of computer software and applications, such as Microsoft Office, AutoCAD, and SAP.<\/li>\n<li>Ability to lead, motivate, and manage a diverse team of staff and subcontractors.<\/li>\n<li>Ability to plan, organize, and coordinate multiple projects and tasks simultaneously.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>To Apply<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Interested and qualified candidates should send their CV to:\u00a0<strong><a href=\"mailto:careers@leveneenergy.com\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">careers@leveneenergy.com<\/a><\/strong>\u00a0using the Job Title as the subject of the email<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Levene Energy Group is an energy Services solutions provider with four main subsidiaries; Levene Hydrocarbon, Levene Trading, Levene Energy Development, Levene Engineering.
