The ideal candidate will be passionate about engineering, possess strong technical skills, and demonstrate a commitment to excellence in structural design and construction.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Responsibilities<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Perform structural analysis and design for various real estate projects.<\/li>\n<li>Prepare detailed engineering drawings, specifications, and calculations in accordance with industry standards and regulatory requirements.<\/li>\n<li>Provide technical expertise and support to project teams throughout the design, construction, and commissioning phases.<\/li>\n<li>Participate in design reviews, value engineering exercises, and risk assessments to optimize project performance and minimize construction delays.<\/li>\n<li>Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in civil and structural engineering to enhance the quality and efficiency of our projects.<\/li>\n<li>Collaborate with the engineering teamand other stakeholders to develop cost-effective and sustainable structural solutions that meet project objectives.<\/li>\n<li>Conduct site inspections and evaluations to assess structural integrity, identify potential risks, and ensure compliance with safety standards and building codes.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Requirements<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Bachelor\u2019s degree in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, or a related field.
