We are recruiting to fill the position below:<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title:\u00a0<\/strong>Nurse<br \/>\n<strong>Location:<\/strong>\u00a0Port Harcourt-Trans Amadi(NGA), Rivers<br \/>\n<strong>Domain:<\/strong> Medical Services<br \/>\n<strong>Type of contract:<\/strong> Regular position<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Purpose<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>To provide Nursing Service in the Port Harcourt and Lagos Clinics of Totalenergies EP Nigeria<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Dimensions<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>First line action \/ consultations during and after working hours<\/li>\n<li>Carry out operational Nursing activities in line with company HSE rules<\/li>\n<li>Supervision of Support nursing personnel<\/li>\n<li>Liaise with other units such as Radiology, Laboratory and Pharmacy for better coordination of patient care.<\/li>\n<li>Contributes greatly to optimization of the goals of the Medical division<\/li>\n<li>Carry out domestic medical escorts when required<\/li>\n<li>\u00a0Any other duty that may be assigned to him\/her by the supervisor for the purpose of achieving the overall medical division goal.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Activities<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Medical Care:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Sorting out of patients including primary assessment and intervention<\/li>\n<li>Coordinates patient flow in the after-hours clinic by triaging and following up with consultation, investigation and treatment<\/li>\n<li>Minor consultations such as for minor wounds and administration of first line medications<\/li>\n<li>Treatment of minor ailments<\/li>\n<li>Participate in monitoring and improvement of treatment\/hospitalization areas standards<\/li>\n<li>Formulation and implementation of health education programs<\/li>\n<li>Collation and analysis of OPD\/Hospitalization data with a view to forecasting future activities<\/li>\n<li>Training and supervision of ancillary personnel<\/li>\n<li>Receives and commences treatment on minor to major surgical emergencies until arrival of a superior member of the team<\/li>\n<li>Complete nursing and psychological care of hospitalized patients<\/li>\n<li>Participate in Medical transfer of patients to retainer hospitals<\/li>\n<li>Participate in formulation and implementation of preventive healthcare programs particularly immunization<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Context &amp; Environment:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Responsible and accountable for the above detailed nursing responsibilities under the authority of the Head of hospitalization in the Lagos or Port Harcourt clinic Onshore Nigeria.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Candidate Profile<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>B.Sc Nursing \/ BN.Sc \/ Registered General Nurse<\/li>\n<li>Experience: Minimum of 6 years<\/li>\n<li>Valid BLS\/ACLS +\/- ITLS certifications<\/li>\n<li>Basic Computer + office Knowledge.<\/li>\n<li>Registered in Nigeria as a Nurse\/Midwife with a valid Nursing License<\/li>\n<li>Working experience in an IOC and\/or a reputable public or private hospital<\/li>\n<li>Further Qualification in Accident &amp; Emergency Nursing would be an added advantage<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>To Apply<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Interested and qualified candidates should:<br \/>\n<strong><a href=\"https:\/\/totalenergies.avature.net\/en_US\/careers\/JobDetail\/Nurse\/48390\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Click here!<\/a><\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Application Deadline: <\/strong>16th April, 2024.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>TotalEnergies is a global multi-energy company producing and supplying energy: oil and biofuels, natural gas and green gas, renewables and electricity.
