We are recruiting to fill the position below:<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title:\u00a0Analyst &#8211; Collections<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>Job Identification:<\/strong> 4174<br \/>\n<strong>Location:<\/strong>\u00a0Victoria Island, Lagos<br \/>\n<strong>Employment Type:<\/strong> Full-time<br \/>\n<strong>Reports To:<\/strong> Manager &#8211; Client Success Credit and Collections<br \/>\n<strong>Division:<\/strong> Enterprise Business<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Mission<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Monitor, review, and generate reports on customer account receivables and collection performance in line with the Client Success collection management policy in order to grow revenue.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Description<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Perform effectiveness reviews of business processes on collections and debt management.<\/li>\n<li>Work with product, UAT, and support teams to confirm alignment of new products, new systems, and upgrades to payment terms and collections PPPs.<\/li>\n<li>Review systems to ensure prompt suspension of defaulting customers and blocking of individual consumers as and when due.<\/li>\n<li>Review new and existing customer service contracts to identify and escalate clauses with a negative impact on payment terms, collection, and debt management.<\/li>\n<li>Collaborate with Finance Operations and Treasury teams in validating data for upload on the credit bureau and debt recovery agency platforms.<\/li>\n<li>Collaborate with finance and revenue management teams in developing and reporting collection performance metrics.<\/li>\n<li>Ensure QA validation is carried out on accounts worked on in the course of each month.<\/li>\n<li>Maintain effective working relationships with the members of Senior Management, the heads of business and service units, and staff.<\/li>\n<li>Conduct credit utilization efficiency checks on credit customers and trade partners for necessary limit reviews.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Requirements<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Education:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>A First Degree in Accountancy, Economics, Business Administration, or related fields<\/li>\n<li>Fluent in English.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Experience:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>3 &#8211; 7 years\u2019 experience in an area of specialization, with experience working with others<\/li>\n<li>Experience working in a medium organization<\/li>\n<li>Experience in the telecommunications industry in a similar role.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>To Apply<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Interested and qualified candidates should:<br \/>\n<strong><a href=\"https:\/\/ehle.fa.em2.oraclecloud.com\/hcmUI\/CandidateExperience\/en\/sites\/CX_1\/job\/4174\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Click here!<\/a><\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Application Deadline: <\/strong>5th April, 2024 (10:59 PM).<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>MTN Nigeria &#8211; The leader in telecommunications in Nigeria, and a part of a diverse community in Africa and the Middle East, our brand is instantly recognizable.
