We are recruiting to fill the position below:<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title: Senior Brand Manager<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>Location:\u00a0<\/strong>Lagos<br \/>\n<strong>Employment Type<\/strong>: Full-time<\/p>\n<p><strong>Responsibilities<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, customer acquisition, and revenue growth.<\/li>\n<li>Lead market research and analysis to identify trends, competitors, and consumer preferences, informing strategic decisions.<\/li>\n<li>Oversee the creation of compelling marketing collateral, including digital and print materials, ensuring brand consistency and alignment with objectives.<\/li>\n<li>Manage all aspects of digital marketing, including social media, email campaigns, SEO, SEM, and influencer partnerships.<\/li>\n<li>Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, product development, and operations teams to ensure marketing efforts support business goals.<\/li>\n<li>Analyze campaign performance metrics, KPIs, and ROI to optimize marketing initiatives and drive continuous improvement.<\/li>\n<li>Lead a team of marketing professionals, providing guidance, mentorship, and support to foster growth and achievement of departmental objectives.<\/li>\n<li>Cultivate and maintain relationships with media outlets, industry influencers, and strategic partners to enhance brand visibility and credibility.<\/li>\n<li>Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in marketing to identify opportunities for innovation and competitive advantage.<\/li>\n<li>Develop and manage marketing budgets, allocating resources effectively to maximize impact and efficiency.<\/li>\n<li>Represent the brand at industry events, conferences, and trade shows to network, generate leads, and promote brand awareness.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Requirements<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Bachelor&#8217;s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field; MBA preferred.<\/li>\n<li>8-10 years of experience in marketing roles, with at least 5 years in a leadership position.<\/li>\n<li>Proven track record of developing and implementing successful marketing strategies that drive business results.<\/li>\n<li>Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data to make informed decisions.<\/li>\n<li>Excellent leadership and team management abilities, with a focus on mentorship and talent development.<\/li>\n<li>Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels.<\/li>\n<li>Creative thinker with a passion for innovation and staying ahead of industry trends.<\/li>\n<li>Experience working in the beauty, fashion, or consumer goods industry is preferred.<\/li>\n<li>Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms.<\/li>\n<li>Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>To Apply<\/strong><br \/>\nInterested and qualified candidates should:<br \/>\n<a href=\"https:\/\/forms.gle\/GHZ1wuXBuZWQmVPD6\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><strong>Click here to apply online<\/strong><\/a><\/p>\n<p><strong>Application Deadline: <\/strong>Not Specified.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Owlman PRS is a management consultancy in Nigeria that specializes in human resources (HR) services for small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs).
