We are recruiting to fill the position below:<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title: Retail Sales Manager<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>Location:\u00a0<\/strong>Nigeria<br \/>\n<strong>Employment Type:<\/strong> Full-time<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Description<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Job Summary: The Retail Sales Manager (Financial\/Lending) will be responsible for leading the retail sales team in promoting and selling our financial products and services to retail customers.<\/li>\n<li>The role involves developing and implementing sales strategies, managing sales activities, and ensuring customer satisfaction.<\/li>\n<li>The ideal candidate will have a strong background in retail sales, excellent leadership skills, and a deep understanding of financial products and services.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Key Responsibilities<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Refine and execute sales strategies to attain sales objectives and optimize revenue expansion for financial products and services.<\/li>\n<li>Lead and motivate the retail sales team to achieve individual and team sales targets.<\/li>\n<li>Provide training and coaching to sales staff on product knowledge, sales techniques, and customer service skills related to financial products and services.<\/li>\n<li>Monitor sales performance and KPIs, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective measures as needed.<\/li>\n<li>Build and maintain strong relationships with retail customers, providing personalized financial advice and solutions to meet their needs.<\/li>\n<li>Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including marketing, product development, and customer service teams, to ensure alignment of sales strategies and objectives.<\/li>\n<li>Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and regulatory requirements related to financial products and services.<\/li>\n<li>Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory guidelines governing financial transactions and sales activities.<\/li>\n<li>Analyze sales data and market trends to identify opportunities for business growth and expansion.<\/li>\n<li>Prepare regular sales reports and presentations for management review.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Qualifications<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Bachelor&#8217;s Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or related field.<\/li>\n<li>Proven experience as a Retail Sales Manager or similar role in the financial industry, preferably in lending or retail banking.<\/li>\n<li>Strong leadership and managerial skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a sales team.<\/li>\n<li>In-depth knowledge of financial products and services, including loans, mortgages, savings accounts, and investment products.<\/li>\n<li>Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and colleagues.<\/li>\n<li>Results-oriented mindset with a track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.<\/li>\n<li>Ability to adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced retail environment.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>To Apply<\/strong><br \/>\nInterested and qualified candidates should send their CV to:\u00a0<strong><a href=\"mailto:recruitment2238@gmail.com\">recruitment2238@gmail.com<\/a><\/strong>\u00a0using the Job Title as the subject of the mail.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Application Deadline: <\/strong>11th April, 2024.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Sycamore-ng is Financial and Technology (Fintech) services company that operates a financial marketplace for lenders and borrowers.
